this has been very helpful, my friend's husband fue llevado by immigration yesterday morning and everyones super devastated. the oldest son is 10, and they have 4 kids in total, and only the husband works. based on this law and your explanation, my friend might have a chance 2 get her husband back. they cant survive with out him, financially and emotionally :( what if she can't afford a lawyer? if you have info pls help(she lives in the state of delaware.) btw, tu espanol es excelente :)
