  • That awkward moment when you try it yourself and brake whatever is on the table.

  • i've seen better, that could have gone wrong

  • my mum can do this and i'm trying to get her to teach me. only thing is she can't remember how to do it..... :L

  • @Mallllly76 you grab the table cloth, and you quickly jerk it away

  • @Dreldams thank you :)

  • He is such a good teacher but he did that kinda wrong. The objects on the table moved a lot.According to physics he should be pulling the table cloth completely vertically so the objects move as less as possible. In theory if he pulls the table cloth completely vertically under ideal conditions the objects on the table could stay 'almost' still.Sorry for the bad english I hope u got the message xD

  • @ildisiri i think the majority of the reason it's a little sloppy is that the table cloth isn't very smooth. the smoother the cloth the better it goes.

  • @stephenieduncan yeah that too :)

  • well this takes practice, so it's unreasonable for the average person

  • Gang?

    Is he a gangster?

  • my physics teacher

    doesn't teach shit he just

    shows these paul hewitt videos

and repeats what ever he says.

  • @arabellatrevino i kno wat u mean, i got this dude Juarez here in browntown and all do is watch these videos haha

  • @cmenard58 yep. thats the guy.

  • OK folks, you heard the man: next time you visit your in-laws for thanksgiving dinner, make sure you impress them.

  • That's the kind of stuff my science teacher does all the time he says he is going to hit me with a bat today and it won't hurt. :[

  • I tried that trick... Im grounded for a two weeks...

  • @iddo12233 lol

  • "Do you believe in the first law of inertia?" "No!" "and they say...

  • This guy cracks me up. PERFECT model of what a teacher should be.

I wish he was still teaching @ CCSF.

  • hahahahaha keep on pressing it at 23 when its fully loaded some funny shit

Nah, but I enjoy watching these in school.

  • check your neighbor, what's the answer? starts with a "y," ends with a "p." yup!

  • omg, we used to watch this guy in physics in 11th grade, our whole class laughed our asses off cuz this is such a corky dude. but he's a good teacher i guess lol. good video.

  • sounds liek a really good teacher

  • Yup, he was the greatest. :)

He's now retired from teaching--although his books and class videotapes continue to change lives in classes near and far. :)

  • hey i've been reading ur comments :) and understand u used to be his student! awesome! i have been kind of losing interest in physics over the past 2 yrs (i'm in last year at school..going into uni next year) anyway i was thinking of dropping it (because i am doing 6 uni entrance subjects..only need 4) but i discovered this guy today!!! He has completely rekindled my 'relationship' with physics ahah and now i won't drop :) i've devoted a playlist to physics now...i'm so grateful :)

  • CHECK YOUR PARTNER!!

  • "Check your neighbor, gang! ...How come such thing not be flyin' every which way...?!" ;)P

  • Static friction almost took hold of that plate and threw it down on the ground.

  • perfect teacher!

  • excellent physics & fun

  • Actually what you said *FUN* is also a formula in Physics. F=un

  • friction equals miu times normal force AM I RIGH AM I RIGHT?

  • YEA YOUR RIGHT! Goodjob! :D
