@greaghreafen That drove me mad too - I googled it, he easiest way of doing it is typing Ancient Aliens - season 1 - then type in the name of the episodes in the order they were screened (I got that from google) they are CHariots and beyond, The evidence, the Visitors, The Mission, Closer Encounters and The Return - I'm going to do that with season 2 - enjoy!

Yes, we should never stop asking questions, and there are many puzzles from the past. No, the scientific community doesn't have all the answers, and they're often smug and too quickly dismissive, BUT the scientific method in practice is sound. Most of the alien astronaut theories have not followed it. The most logical and reasonable answer to ancient anomalies is that ancient man had greater knowledge than we realize. @pacificprospector It is interesting, unfortunately what the producers of the show don't tell the viewer is that the Maya never disappeared and in fact still exist today. They have a complete paternal and maternal line, as well as ancient records. Lots of the stories in this series aren't merely speculation, but alright falsehoods which can be demonstrated by some simple research. It is far more reasonable to conclude that ancient man knew and did a lot more than we give them credit for.

I agree with the producers that the “history” we learned in our society is probably distorted and incomplete…but I think the producers may also be a bit guilty of this as well.

The bird at the beginning is easy to imagine how it came to be. Egyptians were busy throwing things, and realized that certain shaped things would catch the air better than others.
