@JareddP94 many use a capture card and than use windows transparency to almost trace it. Not as easy as it sounds you still need mad skills to be able to do it this way. Even the most simple things can take hours and hours.

not really you just use a photo editing software and then take your game file and add whatever picture of want into the binaries. then load up the game and presto... not much skill required lol

@heatseeker2010ify yeah except the guy that did the Bruce Lee paints on Forza really did do t with the game. So that really did require skill. I honestly have no idea why I decided to reply since you were just telling someone else of another possible method that is more than likely used.

@belgref Either really. There are plenty of designs on the storefront, but I think the best way is to have a totally individual car. I suppose it depends what you want on a car. I can do plenty of designs and can put them on pretty much any car you want. (Gamer tag timbo22athome. Let me know what you want?)

you can buy vinyl groups from the storefront.

you can get anime girls or energy drinks logos. anything really.

just take a look grab some stuff from there and then apply decals to them .
