i love false lashes but at the end of the day when u remove ur falsies..the glue tend to stick to my lashes n i hate tht feeling!!any tips on how to remove it?i tried makeup remover but still doesnt work

@MakeUpCombined a qtip dipped in olive oil is the best way to remove the adhesive. Ive then I use my spooli wand to comb through my lashes to remove any left over glue :D comes right out every time

im from the uk and inno there r some shops in your country that r in the uk so where can you get the glue from and do all of the glues take 30 secs and i am scared of putting falsies on as i once poked myself in the eye with the tweesers and i havnt gt a steady hand wat should i do ?

@jemflowery great question jen! any shop that sells false lashes will also seel the adhesive. The glue doesnt always take 30 seconds to get tacky, but it's the best length of time to wait to be safe, especially for a beginner. If you're very frightened of putting falsies on then then I'd say wait to practice until you allow yourself to get comfortable with the idea. But if you're up to trying it take your time v-e-r-y- s-l-o-w-ly, practice when you have some alone time and wont be bothered :)

@jemflowery Practice, practice, practice! :) That's the only way you'll get good at applying them to suit your personal eye shape. Its really a hands on thing that you have to do yourself honey. like i said in the vid i can tell you how to do it until im blue i the face, but the only way you'll get comfortable with it is if you practice whenever you get a chance :)

@LiviRosie810 you can, but you shouldnt :) and you really don't need to since falsies are made to look thicker, longer and separated which is what we use mascara for in the first place. But you can add mascara to your natural lashes after youve applied the falsies to help them mix and look more natural :) It's also a pain to clean mascara from the falsies once you remove them and cleanse them for reuse :D

Ok, that's good :) How do you remove them correctly?

@ShaoPing09 good questions girl! dip a clean qtip in olive oil and apply it to your lash line. Wait a couple of minutes, then apply a bit of downward pressure with the qtip. If you feel a tug at your natural lashes then apply more oil until the glue has dissolved enough to allow the strip to lift from your lash line with as little effort as possible :) It sounds funny when it's written out, but I have an upcoming vid about this soon :)

Does it hurt to remove the lashes afterwards? I'm just wondering 'cause you're trying to get the lashes as close to the lash line as possible so have you ever ended up removing some of your real eyelashes when taking off the false ones?

@ShaoPing09 nope, never :) If you remove them correctly your natural lashes should stay where they belong :)

@RachaelBritton Hi Rachael! I use get almost all of my lashes from Madame Madeline dot com, but if that doesn't work for you I'd check ebay. I've seen sets of 20 pairs of lashes for great prices. And as long as you cleanse them properly after removal, your lashes should last you for as many times as you'd like to use them :)
