  • Im not judging anyone or taking anything away from anyone but something that annoys the shit out of me in the gym is when you see a certain person all the time doing weight that is very heavy for them and then resting in the middle of sets, holding the weight up, bouncing it doing half reps. Then your working out with 25% less weight or more but your doing smooth full reps at a even pace and they bust your chops, "put more weight on etc". GTFO

  • his left glute wasn't flexed enough on that 2nd rep, that provides enough stabilization for the right pec to get enough pectoral stimulation...emg studies prove this...so he fails, miserably

  • In body building the saying cheaters never prosper doesn't apply n I ain't sayin I'm a bodybuilder but I'm decently muscular and fit n it's because I occasionally cheat on my last set or two when I'm struggling

  • i do 340 4 times..the hammer press machines are EASY..... but this is still impressive...(im 20 150lbs...and no bad ass!!!)

  • @joshpinson07 I'm just starting out, I can bench 135 ten times. How much weight do you think I should I put on the Hammer Incline machine?

  • Lol at the white dickweeds moaning about the low reps and bad form. Stay away from bodybuildign and powerlifters, little fellows. Attend to your titless and assless girlfriends instead! ROFL!

  • bad form so whats the point, any1 can do heavy weight shit reps, congratz..

  • I agree. I would've done half the weight but with a better form.

  • agreed on that one

  • Yes, you WILL do half the weight, with a better form....and you'll still be one of the skinniest fuckers in the gym ten months from now, funny little man.

  • @fatassesarefunny how the hell can he get better form from a fixed position?!?!?!

  • @Hammama

    that's b/c u r a beginner

  • That is not impressive at all!!!

  • That's 225 each side so, yeah, it is impressive.

  • Look at the bad form and low (VERY low) reps.

  • He was clearly going for a "max attempt" and those aren't the prettiest reps. But even then, his form is STILL full range.

It's painfully obvious, judging by your comments, that you're a beginner. I bet you think every rep, every set requires perfect form.

  • I think so too. He should've done at least 6... but he actually did 2.5 and with a real bad form.

  • Have a good day, Hammama.

  • thats good. i bet people in that gym are lifting like 20lb dumbells whilst your pressing out 450lbs lol
