it's not quite top notch and it's a bit unbalanced and buggy but it's still fun and now that it's packaged with shaolin monks and deception for only 20 dollars for ps2 I'd say yes!!

True Armageddeon has many more characters than MKvDC but due to the many characters the combos r depleted, the special moves are lame and copied and the creaters were completely lazy.

MK vs DC has much better graphics, MUCH better story mode(s), and it has 22 characters with at least 5 special moves each. 22 characters is the usual amount of characters in each game. The gameplay is also better, in my opinion that is, and they have actual fatalities instead of that "Kreate-a-Fatality" crap.
