Also, like mild dehydration, most people hyperventilate and not even realize it. Hyperventilation reduces precious carbon dioxide in the lungs, therefore, airways become restricted. In a healthy person, carbon dioxide levels should be about 5 - 7 percent in the airways and in blood vessels. Contrary to mainstream medical care, breathing less with gradualism increases oxygen levels in all tissues in the body. And pure oxygen can be detrimental to one's health.
This video says nothing of the importance of carbon dioxide in the lungs. Most people don't know how to drink fluids as they ought, so it is logical to conclude that even more people don't know how to breathe correctly. Breathe in AND out through your nose 24/7 and work on changing your automatic breathing (with proper timing of pause in between inhaling and exhaling). Carbon dioxide is a potent bronchodilator. You don't have to live with inhalers for the rest of your life.
WELL WHAT I DID WHEN I FORGOT MY INHALER AS A KID SO I SAT DOWN AND BREATH IN SLOWLEY AND OUT SLOWLEY ONCE I DID THIS MY ASTHMA ATTACK WAS GONE I AM 30 NOW OH AND MY NAME IS ANDREW WALBYOFF
We can get asthma as a child, then it can go away mysteriously. We can get asthma as an adult - again mysteriously. Or is it? I can make asthma symptoms appear and disappear using a method that produced average 90% decrease in asthma meds in hospital trials. Can we grow out of asthma? On purpose?
this is pretty stupid if you ask me a pile of crap tbh........dont bother lookin at these a waste of time.....u can exercise and keep fit and asthma can still occur...
I have horrible asthma, of course I'm over-weight, but I have recently started karate, I have frequent attacks during karate, but in the past 2 weeks they seem like it's not as bad as it was the last time I went, I still keep going after I have an asthma attack and sometimes don't stop until I absolutely have to. Then by the end of our workout which is usually 45 minutes to an hour. It goes away, and doesn't act up while I'm doing my techniques. So maybe everybody is different..
@nappyfro97 wut? i dont understand why you wanna lose weight cause thats a healthy weight for ur age. Plus ur 13 so dont worry about ur weight just keep having fun, keep playing sports.
@nappyfro97 Because your already at a perfectly healthy weight. And this video is about asthma.... I've found that just being physically active regularly greatly reduces the chance for an asthma attack. Also finding a correct prescription for your type of asthma is key.
Walking for a long distance is a good way to keep respiratory system strong. I heard that respiratory system starts cleaning process for lungs in early morning 4am to 6am. Its a best time to do exercise during this ideal hour :). I usually do in evening 6pm while coming from office.
I had rode my bike to work, took about ten minutes... about 6 hours later had an asthma atack... its like u gota exercise to loose wieght,... but oh yeah you can die... AWESOME
I had really bad allergies for years that progressed into asthma. My breathing was best when I exercised. I practice a natural breathing program that considers asthma control to mean that you are both symptom free and medication free. I no longer have allergies or asthma since I changed my breathing and body metabolism with the Buteyko Method. Your breathing behavior is causing the problem. Learn proper breathing and your body will stop complaining with asthma symptoms - no bad side effects
I have asthma and allergies.I was born with both. When I get older I pray that I don't receive anymore health problems. Having both asthma and allergies is very expensive. Thanks for this video! Many Blessings to you!
i would definitely recommend staying in shape it helps with your asthma allot.
i have had moderate asthma sine birth. i find it much less problematic if you stay active. swimming is a very good activity for people with asthma. cause your working your lungs and body yet you are staying cool and not overheated. humidity
is very hard on asthmatics so go swimming. or try running in good condition. as explained in this vid.
I used to be a personal trainer and have had asthma for three years now. I still find it much much more difficult to train than it used to be. It's an ongoing struggle.
I try to run every day because I feel it will help my body reconize that it shouldnt have an asthma atrtack if I am going to run alot. I lift wieghts every day. Recently I ran before lifting and had a asthma attack. Then I went to go lift with the attack and almost fainted. I still got my will power tough!! Asthma aint going to run me down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I didnt have asthma when I was little and I was a fast runner. Now I can get them 50/50 while running.
Soccer is an extremely active running game. Depending on the weather. Like if it were cold out, your asthma might act up, though it could of gone away. Your genes are programed to activate things and deactivate things like growth of your body. That could work with asthma. Depending.
I dont have a 100% accurate response to that unless you have proof that you can run without it. I say no.
I noticed when I become more active and I use my inhaler less when I have asthma attacks, I have less asthma actives or flairs. I'm not saying you should do what I do, however. Your body is always adjusting to its environments and activitys so your asthma might not go away but it will ease up on you if your body is in a constant sport. Depending of what tigers asthma. I would stay away from. Run around the block 1 or 2 times and then see what happens. If its pollen, then you might unlucky.
I am one of many asthma victims, i find weightlifting to help the asthma. Since you need some sort of exercise But its weird i haven't had it in a month or two now its back, any one could you help?
so did my doctor. they said for me to give up sport, but i cant because thats my favourite thing to do... because i didnt give it up my PE teacher had to be with or near me at all times and she always have a bag full of my medicines just incase i get an attack
Try to see another doctor, if that doctor sais the same, listen I guess. I get bad asthma. Yet, if you always have your anhailer in hand, you should be ok. If you are asctive try banding over to breath, that realy helps for me.
I am a volunteer with the American lung Association. I really liked your video and hope that you will consider posting it on our video sharing website for lung health at thelungchallenge dot com. We are hoping to spread awareness about lung disease and we think your work can help.
Your argumentation shows your retarded, well educated persons understand that you have no idea of their mothers and probaly have child difficulties or problems yourself that you cant deal with, then you let it out on others.
@Doggie446CP I have asthma, and I know someone who has died from it. You're being a real douche. I hope you get asthma, just so you know how awful it is.
