my freind passed away and I don't think i have diabetes but I will be using this to test my blood

Do you need pinch your finger or is it without blood use?

@tyletk Without blood use? The OneTouch Ultra2 is several years old. I own several meters, but this is still my fav. The new OneTouch Ultra Blue Test Strips do use less blood tho, and they double check the results.

Is a 149 high or low sugar?

@steveho75 149 is slightly elevated. If you are not diabetic do a few tests and if they are all this number or higher then definatly go to you gp.
