GBA version = crap. considering the developer, it's not surprising though. i cannot believe taito allowed this license to be soiled by their worthless game though. the 2 games on the snes/sfc are fine examples of this genre though (both by Natsume at their peak of development). this and the arcade are rather lacklustre though.
Pocky & Rocky was better than the second one. Pocky & Rocky 2 was okay, but the gameplay kinda messed up the whole gaming experience, even with the spruced-up graphics.
I think enemies move move a little too slowly. I got that game in SNES and in Taito Legends 2 for PS2 (a perfectly emulated ROM from the original arcade game) and it's much harder that that in both versions.
this is on snes..... i think your thinking of nes..... and no offence your not real good at this game..... you can download this from roms-nation.com or net
Thank you digi...I need this and coryoon to complete my collection. thank you for this vid.

Huh, the music sounds a bit darker here than it does in the original arcade game.

No 8-way control? Damn...

The game must have 8-way control, otherwise, I have no idea what's going on at 3:14.
Annoyboy 4 years ago
@CarmenOfSpades It does have 8 directional control, for some reason this player doesn't seem to use it though... (see other videos)

@CarmenOfSpades No, there is 8-way.

This is the GBA version of the game. Except this one is WAY DIFFERENT from the GBA version.
This one seems alot longer and HARDER while the GBA one is VERY SHORT and WAY TOO EASY (even on hard mode).
So now I know why the GBA version was pretty bad. HOwever its still worth getting if you like the games.
