I read on humsurfer that Rob indeed was a model at this show .. search the site for Tom Baker SS 2008 London Fashion Show and it tells you it is Rob "in heavy makeup"

Why would he do it...

1. The agency that Sir Tom Baker got the models happens to be the same agency Rob's mom works for.

2. STB also designs 90% of Rob's suits and other garb for special occasion (including his bday). You can google it lol.
