  • wll there EVER be a cure ? i wonder?

; ( please also try to upload the latest developements towards a potential cure on line too as we all know what are the side effects and would like to hear something positive towads finds a cure now ...many thanks

  • yes intense nightmares and then u cant simply switch off after waking up ...as i live alone i dont even know how to cope with it at times...

  • Also I've learned recently that these "drugs" (poisons) have ingredients which will cause withdrawal symptoms which are exactly the same as AIDS symptoms if and when someone stops taking them -- the drugs cause the disease! How's that for a reality dose. Stop the CDC and NIH from killing us NOW!

  • Hey whats up guys, its giiiillllbert! Side effects include a pounding pain in the ass.......

  • I took Atripla for 6 years and only newly learned that a possible side effect is bone density problems which may be the reason for a pain in my hip the past several months. I have stopped the ARV completely and learned much from "House of Numbers" and "rethinkingAIDS" -- Do your homework and don't just get "one side" (the mainstream medical side, they're making the money off us while they kill us). I wish you the best.

  • @poetxyz good for you. Did you watch the Emperor's virus? That one really explains the science behind it all. Are you doing a gut rebuilding diet? I am so floored when some people don't believe what is so blatant with the HIV myth. I guess some people really prefer to live in the matrix.

  • i on truvada presista and norvir ! my cd4 was at 70 and after 3 monts my cd4 at 220 !!! and my viral chage is at 1,400

  • I started atripla about 5 weeks ago and my symptoms was strange dreams really bad depression and now im scared the maybe that the treatment has failed because my neuropathy symptoms has came back

  • istarted my Atripla 3days ago and iam feeling great so far thnx God ..first because iam taking it on an empty stomach second you need to have agood faith so ido my prayers before going to bed and you have to believe mentally that God will be next to you ... ifeel so healthy and full of energy the funny thing about it that i feel alittle high sometimes..lol ..but no nightmares but ido have a sweat dreams all the time ;)

  • I've been HIV+ for 16 years now, but am a long-term nonprogessor and have never had to take medication. I'm deathly afraid of the time when I need to start taking medications.

  • @xironix

If thats true what you say, then there wouldnt be a time when you need meds? Arent you one of the supposed small group of people who are not in risk of aids development, because your immune.

  • @ChilenoPiscean22 I'm not immune, I am just among a small group of people who have a mutated receptor gene that makes it harder for the virus to replicate. I have a viral load of 5,000 or so and it has been as high as 18,000. It certainly means I'm at a much lower risk of developing aids, but it doesn't mean it'll never happen.

  • vOTE THE EVIL REPUBLICANS OUT! tHIS IS THE BEST THAT i OFFER TO YOU!

  • where you from?

  • @padude64

I am from San Antonio, Texas...

  • I have some violent nightmares on Atripla!

  • @padude64 Yes, that is a main side effect, TRUST me I deal with those every night!!!! But do not worry you will get used to them, and sooner than later you will actually enjoy some of them :)

  • I am not on meds yet monitoring my CD4 count till it drops to 500 so far it is over 1000. I been using tons of antioxidants and eating and drink(green tea only) healthy and SLEEP is important. Also use selenium and ASTRAGALUS. So far my progression is slow but you know it might change herbs don't cure HIV. I hope you holding on and your health is excellent. Keep in touch....

  • @andreyelpaso

Hi there, I just found out im HIV + Im very scared to go on pills, can we talk? Why did you choose not to go on meds? Which antioxidants you useing?

  • @ChilenoPiscean22

dont be scared it is geting very normal ..with the new med ..you will not feel anything it is geting much better as my freidns told me that we got it in the right time ..so do not panic and you will be fine

  • @doubleu890

What do you mean, because even the new meds have side effects, a long list of possible ones. They gave me this huge booklet to read on HIV/AIDS, i swear to god i opened it somewhere in the middle and it was a page on side effects, it listed them by organs page after page.

What does getting it at the right time mean? Cause im at the very start of it, supposedly im one of 2% of HIV positive people who are at the very early stages.

  • @ChilenoPiscean22

iam the same like you they discover my statues in the early stage and i choose this ATRIPLA wich has no big side effect ..for me at less ... some people got nightmares or rush and sometimes you feel dizzy that is why you need to take it and sleep at the first few weeks untill your body got used to it ..because it is 3 in 1 so it is strong one

  • I'm fine as long as I don't take it food.

  • Apparently it's the sustiva that causes the horrible side effects, but there is a new form of Atripla coming out soon that doesn't have sustiva. Personally, I started atripla last week and had to stop taking it immediately because it made me severely depressed and suicidal, so that storm was something that had to be stopped and not let pass. My doctor has never heard of this side effect, so if any of you have had this happen please let me know so I can explore the epidemiology of it more. Thanks

  • who can provide me with Atripla plz? i will appreciate a lot. thanks

  • @jolliebelle1 I GOT EXTRA ATRIPLA IT STOPED WORKING FOR ME AND MY DOCTOR PUT ME ON NEW DRUGS IVE BEEN POZ SINCE 1989 AND ITS THE MILDEST ANTIVARAL I HAVE EVER HAD I CREID WHEN HE TOLD ME IT STOP WORKING BECAUSE WE ALREADY BEW THAT I WAS RESISTANT TO SUSITIVA BUT I DO HAVE SOME ATRIPLA LIKE 30 YOU NEED THEM?

  • I am so glad that we have a choice of 1 a day pill instead of 3 or 4 pills....hopefuly more options coming our way....jst remember if hiv don't kill you the car wreck, cancer, heart attack and other weird deseases will....so live life to the fullest...

  • @andreyelpaso How are things holding up for you??

  • Wow some of this messages on here are rely mess up. do you rely know what is like to loose your immunity when cancers and common weird infections will kill you. thanks for posting the video about side effects...I myself was recently diagnosed right now my cd4 at 1200 and I watching it closely till it falls to 500 to start atripla...as any major drug your body have to adapt to it....when you start your meds your viral load is high those atripla lovers that viral load so your cd4 stay high enough

  • @andreyelpaso Hello how are things holding up with Atripla??

  • Thank you so much i wish i wasnt hiv poz but i am have came to the realness of being sick with this disease but im still here.

  • @JCHIP36 Hello sorry for the late reponse> How are you??? And living these days?

  • please i wold like to meet guys ho recive ATRIPLA to comunicate ,i hate te sside reactions very bad ,my facebook is / teodoro milanov

  • @vizitor STOP ATRIPLA!!! it is a bad drug!!! it will waste away your bone marrow and it will harm your vital organs!!! don't listen to the idiot in this video!! he's just a fame whore trying to use this HIV bullshit to get attention. Let him happily poison himself. The man who discovered HIV Luc Montagnier says HIV is curable, look him up. Don't listen to this idiot!

  • @amorhombre Atripla is the mildest hiv drug i have ever takin and would advice anyone to try it i was under 48 viral load, undetectable for all of 2009 and 2010. Recently the meds stop woking i was resistant to sustiva but it work any way now im on intelence and truvada which is as mild to me as Atripla@Isentress pray that these drugs that im on now work as well as Atripla I am still on insentress but two new drugs have been added Intelence@Truvada.If any drug make you sick stop taking them.

  • @JCHIP36 it is still a very toxic drug. In the long it's going to cause long term damage. As far as viral load, did you know healthy HIV- people also have viral loads? Viral loads are NOT specific to HIV tests are NOT SPFIC TO HIV they only test for Antibodies and proteins. You were probably diagnosed HIV+ because you're Gay, Black, or a drugs user. It's messed up that if you're gay u fall in the "RISK" factor believe it or not that's how they diagnose people. Learn about the tests!!

  • @vizitor How are the meeds hooding up?? Are you still taking the regimen??

  • Why are you taking a toxic drug when you are not ill? In fact, it makes you ill! Listen to your body!

  • good job; I have seen a few other videos where guys have posted their videos that are similar to yours in the message, however, in their presentation, they come off as over dramatic victims. You were extremely positive in your presentation, you looked fantastic and were easy to understand and I enjoyed watching your post. Great job and continue to do well!

  • @s93se Thank you very much!!! How are you doing???

  • I remember when I started Atripla. I couldn't eat. I wasn't nauseous. I just wasn't hungry and was very weak. I was very dizzy too, and was literally crawling around my apartment when I had the strength to move. I didn't have any more nightmares than usual, but my dreams were FAR more vivid.

After a few weeks, the symptoms lightened up. If I stay up at night, I can definitely feel them, and wouldn't want to drive, but by morning I feel fine.

Hint: TAKE IT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH!

  • @mentaluproar I went through all the similar side effects!! How are you now?

  • Atripla is ok but the night mares are horrible!

  • @galileutorres A doctor just gave you a script for a $1000+ a month drug? What a hack! Without a genotype test, he wont even know if that drug will work well.

Find an infectious disease specialist. He knows this area far better than a general practitioner. You wouldn't go to a chiropractor over a toothache, would you?

Drug companies have patient assistance plans. In the US, Ryan White can pay it off in some cases, but with budget cuts, you are better off going right to the drug companies.

  • UGH! I hated atripla's side effects!! That rash was the worst!! I only had it for two days, but my skin itched for a week!! I has awesome vivid dreams though... no bad dreams thankfully...

  • @donaldsoninc I have rosacea from Atripla, a rash on my face!

  • @padude64 The skin irritation will go away in time.... well worth the wait!!

  • I am happy that I am one of the very small percent of people that Atripla has had no side effects on me, even in my first few days. The most it did was in the first 2 or 3 days after I took it and was laying in bed to fall asleep, I felt funny, but nothing "bad" feeling. If anything I felt kind of drunk haha. Been two weeks now, and no dreams, alone with any other side effect... I am extremely thankful for it.

  • @brainboy109 Thats great to hear!!! How is life treating you??

  • You must not consume alcohol while on any HIV drug. I may have to have my gallbladder removed because the pani is so intense.

  • you are very brave! how much did you pay for atripla? i heard this medicine is very expensive.

  • I have good insurance thank God! I want those of you without insurance to talk to your doc!

  • hmm funny im on day 3 of atripla but woke up not feeling as bad as i did on day one and day two i feel a little bit of it but not that bad so the storm does pass but it takes a while

  • I have a week and i hate it but i know it will pass, but is hard for me to sleep would it go away? doctor said i will get sleepy but i dont. hmmm

  • @SeXyAngel0408 Don't give up... I PROMISE IT WILL GO AWAY... If you can add me on Facebook. I can tell you more about it and my story!!! The storm will pass I promise

  • I wont but will see how this works, and if wont be a problem with my body. Sorry i dont have facebook.

  • @SeXyAngel0408 Throw this toxic medications away!! AZT is chemo therapy you can get rid oh HIV naturally. Dr. Luc Montagnier who discovered HIV has always said that HIV goes away if you have a good immune system. This guy here listens to his doctor, and he probably has good intentions but medications are going to make your body waste away, I'm sorry. Get educated on HIV.

  • @amorhombre The body CAN fight HIV and usually does, but HIV works faster and smarter than the human immune system. First, HIV hijacks part of the immune system. By the time your body knows what's going on, it has a much weaker arsenal to work with. Second, the body is either resistant or it isn't. The body does not gain resistance to continued infection. That's where the meds step in. HAART stops the virus from replicating, allowing your body to heal.

  • @mentaluproar we are talking a virus that first of all has never been isolated. So from there we can't conclude how it replicates, how it survives and how it thrives. Second of all HAART and AZT are chemo therapy drugs. These drugs didn't go through the proper clinical trials mandatory for FDA approval. Healthy people are supposed to be tested on these drugs before the sick and that didn't happen....why? because of the toxic nature of these drugs. HAART depletes the bone marrow and organs

  • @amorhombre HIV was first isolated in 1983 separately by the Robert Gallo lab at the

U.S. National Institutes of Health and Luc Montagnier lab at France's

    Pasteur Institute.

There are many drugs that failed to be useful for their original purpose, but later found to treat other conditions. Are you suggesting that if a lab develops a cure for breast cancer, and it fails to work there, than it should never be used for anything even though it helped diabetes patients in the study?

  • @SeXyAngel0408 ~ How are things holding up for you??

  • HIV IS A BIG LIE. IF YOU STAY ON THE ANTIRETROVIRAL DRUGS YOU WILL DIE; NOT FROM AIDS CAUSED BY HIV, BUT YOU WILL DIE BECAUSE THE DRUGS ARE WHAT IS CAUSING AIDS LIKE SYMPTOMS. I CAN PROVE TO YOU WHAT I AM SAYING. HIV IS BOGUS SCIENCE, AND IT HAS BEEN USED TO SCARE THE SHIT OUT OF PEOPLE. IF YOU ARE INTELLIGENT AND DO SOME RESEARCH ON THIS THE ACTUALLY SCIENCE NOT THE BULLSHIT THAT THEY TELL YOU, AND USE YOUR GOD GIVEN INTELLIGENCE, YOU WILL BE SHOCKED & ANGRY. CONTACT ME PLEASE.

  • @HIVHOAX Your full of it! The right wing wants gay people to die off and thats what I know!

  • @padude64 I understand that you believe that the right wing wants you to die, and with many of them, this is probably true. But, aside from them, the drug is going to be the cause of death. DO YOUR HOME WORK!!! Atripla ,a combination 3 drugs in one The dosage of Anti-retroviral drugs has decreased greatly, but the only difference is you die slower than people who took 1500mg of AZT. You still die of Liver Failure, Kidney Failure, heart attacks and these have nothing to do with AIDS.

  • Thanks to response so fast. I appreciate your advice. I'll everything I can.

  • Thank you. I am on day 3 of atripla and feel absolutely terrible

  • @POZATRIPLA

Don't quit!!! please believe me that starting any HIV has its side effects, TRUST ME THE STORM WILL PASS! I wanted to give up to I got really sick... if you need to get a hold of me look me up on Facebook, & if you don't have one I can talk to you on the phone...

  • @gilbertadamalvarez00 How are the meds holding up??

  • loved this video cuz--- the most realistic one.... I love the fact that you talk about the side effects that are very real for you. Keep doing well.... Keep saying strong. Kudos to you.

  • @TheMlm5000 Thank you very much!! I have some new videos coming out this week!! also thank you MTV for making me feel so special & giving me an opportunity to put a voice to our problem!!
