Intriguing idea, really, although I'd include a few other Doctors myself; probably the Third, Fourth, Fifth and Tenth (Given that they were the ones who faced the Master's first three incarnations most regularly; the Seventh only encountered the Ainley incarnation once on TV and even in the novels the Sixth only faced him three times)

I've loved your other work, (though I much preferred The Cyber Seas of Rhye/The Cyber Lords of Time over Memoirs in Time, primarily because the whole taking things on faith doesn't seem like something any incarnation of the Doctor would ever do.) This should be good.
