The powers of Sheriffs for posse comitatus were codified by section 8 , the first subsection of which states Every person in a county shall be bound to the command of the Sheriff and at the pleasure of the Duke, liable for fees or dues to represent any group that may/may not be representative of a portion of the population where said Duke and/or Sheriff preside. —section 8, Sheriffs Act 1887 (as passed)
Vincent, clearly your surname suggests decent from your forefathers, those who fulfilled the role of royal jester in the court of "The Duke". You are obviously well read and well researched, however your approach suggests your roots originate from outside brotherhood that is the LTP.
The LT Bill of Rights (1689) (in Colchester County, the Claim of Right) confirmed the basic constitutional principle that the Duke no longer had any obligation to adhere to local customs or forms of justice that infringed on his right to do and say as he pleased. As such, reference to 'Truro' in any form be it "Lower","Middle" or "Upper" need not be sanctioned by any local governance but rather must be adhered to as by royal decree.
Using "Lower Truro" or any abbreviation of is in direct violation of the LTP Charter section 14 paragraph 30, and I quote-
"Use of "Lower Truro" or any abbreviation that may be construed as referring to "Lower Truro" must be sanctioned by the LTP even if you are the "Duke"-
