Wow, what a catch with the wind forecast for today. I don't believe I've seen "increasing to 40 to 60 mph" here before.

@socool775 Yeah, I don't think I have either. The highest winds in the text-based forecast I've seen were 35-50 mph, and a few years ago, "Winds could occasionally gust over 60 mph."

@TWCmatthew If the winds were supposed to reach 40 to 60mph, the NWS would issue a high wind warning. I think those forecasted winds are exaggerated.
