  • @funkysteve: does seem confusing, unless one considers Weber's monopoly over bullet smokers in the USA. Smarter designs than WSM. And when they apply some of these ideas, like handles, hole-through for probes, the price on WSM will go up by 50% to 75%. I love Webers AND they shouldn't be about the only game in town.

  • I have not seen them lately in the US. I bought mine from Freds and It was 250 with the extra section. To be honest, I think you would be better off using the Weber Smokey Mountain. These don't hold heat well and I don't use mine at all anymore. It fell over once, and the metal was so thin it did a lot of damage to the thing.

  • @kennethpowers didn't you say it was good in the video?

  • Do they not sell these in the USA anymore? I can't seem to find them anywhere. I even checked Fred's music & BBQ website. I did find one on craigslist that is slightly used with the extra stacker for $300. What did this unit run you brand new with the stacker?

  • Hey, how is it? Have you smoked on it yet?

  • Nice video. Good info. I am thinking about purchasing one of the Probbq smokers and was wondering if you have been pleased with yours. Has it held up and most important does it smoke well when it's got a full load on it? Oh, one more thing. Is it efficient with the lump you put in it? Thanks.
