She signs then pause then start again then pause then pause then start again then pause then pause then start again then pause then pause then start again then pause then pause then start again then pause then pause then start again then pause then pause then start again then pause then pause then start again then pause then pause then start again then pause all the way... Why can't she sign in one go?
if there is a siren from a fire truck or ambulance or police car, the deaf people cannot hear that, and that is a serious safety issue. Where I live, those emergency vehicles are often coming through traffic. And the deaf cannot hear car horns. I had the impression deaf people were not allowed to drive anywhere, but I guess I was misinformed about that. . Seems like a serious safety issue
@garrhook will im heard of hearing u are right about safety but deaf ppl can drive bec they see vary good then hearing ppl my sis is deaf and lot deaf ppl are good drive i don know what jeapan are like but i do know about deaf
False information deaf japan don't allow drive ? I never met around japan deaf people hard to find around in Florida in united state. if Fact Deaf dont allow drive in Japan I would not stay there country. I am not able understand her sign langunage i can understand few catch body language to understand.
You have false information about Japanese deaf are not allowed to drive. I went to Japan and met deaf Japanese people. they have drive licenses to can drive. I rode my deaf good Japanese friends who drive her/his cars.
It's seem unfair for Japanese deaf people, I honestly hope that Japanese laws will changed and improvement for deaf people to access as normal daily life as everyone else no matter how disability they are and depends on their degree of knowledge and intelligence, that's all matter!
Lame... Japan used to be cool until 2008... Who need to hear to drive while they usually listen to some music or a cellphone? I mean, deaf people are more safer than hearing people because they only use their eyes on the road and everywhere. Japanese people... You are doing it wrong.
Look I am deaf and i am still driving car or Truck in Sydney or anywhere in Australia and the law is allowed to all disbibilty and deaf, Its feel discrimation act against to Japan. As you can contact to the Union National (UN) will fix it up
the problem with deaf people driving is when they're talking with someone else. it's hard for a deaf person to watch someone sign and watch the road at the same time. I heard they're known for kind of swerving around the road at these times.
of course, young people are the ones with the highest risk of crashing, but I just wanted to put that out there.
@kameshita WTH? Deaf people can't drive because they can't hear? That makes no sense. Look at hearing people, they can hear but still they do crash their car no matter what. You know that there are too many hearing drivers who are ignorant and break cellphone laws. Also, hearing people are distracted by radios, talking on phone, talking to passengers etc.
@EliteGamer001 I'm not saying deaf people can't drive because they can't hear, I'm saying deaf people are known for swerving around the road while trying to communicate with someone in their car. I'm not comparing them to other distracted people.
@kameshita no it is my point of view. I didn't say that you say that Deaf people can't drive. Just like I said it is my point of view. And also you said It's hard for a deaf person to watch someone sign and watch the road at the time... excuse me?... How do you like if I say, "it's not safe for a hearing person to drive"? I was telling you that hearing people drive terrible too. That is indifferent, bottom line.
@EliteGamer001 if it's just your point of view, what are you replying to my comment for?
and I wouldn't really care if you said that cuz your argument makes no sense. obviously hearing people can drive terrible too, but that doesn't have anything to do with deaf people signing while they drive.
if anything, deaf people aren't known for being bad drivers compared other people. but they still have some setbacks.
@kameshita just to make myself clear, I don't think deaf people should be forbidden from driving. I was just commenting on deaf people signing while they drive.
@kameshita You know nothing about Deaf people but you are just making assumptions about deaf people. Your talking about deaf people is nothing really. if you are not deaf then do not talk
im so shock that japan don't understand the laws but all the world have allow deaf and hearning are same can the driver because the deafies can see mirror in the car likes look at traffic light and look over the roundabout etc. yes i can driver for 16 yrs long. I said that japan is sooo stupid not very nice. last year other my friend's friend comes japan arrived in aust they was shock that the deafies can driving. the wife and husband comes from japan they said not unfair.
Her vlog has false information about Japanese Deaf are allowed to drive in Japan. I went to Japan twice times, I met deaf Japanese people, who have drive licenses. I rode on my good friends's cars, they can drive in Japan.
metal4ever... deafs ppl got something amazing that u dont have... they cant hear stupid fags like u talking shit... go fuck yourself or blow a bomb on ur ass
@eclipsegst27 Don't worry about that fool. metal4ever1965 is spouting off because a deaf girl (or more likely a deaf boy) gave him the pink slip because she needed a magnifying glass to find his dick.
@metal4ever1965 I quess you are the one who are being "Dumb-Dumb", as$hole. Ohhh, did you know that I'm deaf too? I called you an as$hole, yeah! I'm not stupid! I know words, you peice of sh!t.
deaf in japan are allowed to drive. then have their license and they can even take the super highway, express way and then can even get themselves driving in a racing track. here in japan, deaf do drive. and they got awesome jobs! they work in big companies here.
@metal4ever1965 watch your words you stupid ignorant! you should be the one locked up in a cage because you are crazy, insane, no brain, dull, stupid, creature. an animal is far better than you. i curse you to be deaf blind and mute forever.and i curse that all your family and your future generation will be deaf, blind and mute.
will u stop alright if u are really deaf then why are u saying aboutmean word about deaf ppl i know u are not talking about all vof them but deaf ppl do let u know
u think i care about my language? u think deafs ppl cant drive? i am deaf and i can drive very well than hearing ppl who crashes every day.. so YOU have some respect for us deaf people!
I understand your some sign language because you are somewhat familiar to my portuguese sign language too, lol. You are awesome. By the way, Japanese law are wrong and I hope you can help deaf people in Japan to fight for it. The Japanese law are being unfair!
That's very poor excuse for not letting deaf Japanese to drive, AND why you, the video host with BSL, mentioned about Japs not to drive as that original Japan Law prohabited to drive by deafs was over 30 years ago !! The law has been changed as you don't need to inform it after it was overturned many years ago.
I think that def people everyware should be able to drive; but, I see why they might not allow the def to drive in some places. maybe their logic is that if you can't hear a horn honking or people yelling. Honestly, I think that the def can drive just fine.
im deaf from puerto rico, and here in puerto rico we are allowed to drive. Who the fuck said that deafs can't drive? we got legs, we got hands, we got eyes, the only thing is we can't hear but so what? that's what eyes are for, what do we got to hear? car horn? bah! u're wrong!! DEAFS CAN DRIVE BITCH!
@eclipsegst27 AMEN my dad was deaf as well and drove safe and careful as well before he was taken from me by a DRUNK DRIVER (18Yrs old)! so i agree deaf ppl can drive just like us hearing ppl I was born with my hearing but ASL was my first langage!and like HE SEZ DEAFS CAN DRIVE BITCHES!
Take it easy. Your captioning is being too harsh. Watch your language. We should have the same respect without your swearing. Please have a respect, alright ?
I am from USA. I am full deaf since birth. I do drive my own car all my life, I can. Other Deaf can drive, too. My fluent America Sign language. I try understand a challenge your Britain sign language what you talk about deaf japan not allow to drive. I sudden understand. Their country of japan Should allow deaf japan can have their right to drive...
i cant understand a single word you signed.WHAT SIGN LANGUAGE YOU USED IN HERE? I know see, esl, psl, asl. this isnt any of the above. The way you signed people was like one P, waving it all the way down. WTF?
I cannot imagine why countries not allow deaf drivers. We deaf American allow to drive. No matter what. We all do the same as hearing people do. We go to work and take kids to school. China, Jamaca, Japan and few other countries still not allow to drive but some area have changed now. That is good news but bad news some are still around. Its sad.
yeah, I heard in two years ago. I went to Japan for five times. In 2001, I went to Tokyo with my Deafies friends for driving. My Deaf friend can drive his car.. right now, I am not sure if Japanese Government dont allow deaf people to drive right now, I will ask my Deaf japanese friend real sooner. smile
wow this is surprised. I know Japanese deaf man from 30 years ago does drive his car.
What happens now does this new law no drive for deaf preople...
