It is not confirmed, but there is a rumor going around that Sony is in development for a Playstation 4 with a new PSN Server. The reason for all of this havoc on the Playstation network is not PSN getting hacked, but it's Sony's PSN Server being hacked. The server isn't hacked anymore, but sony just shut it down incase of any crashes from being former hacked. Sony could easily put back up their server but it would crash within hours, or maybe minutes. So right now, Sony is keeping you from PSN.

@MRopticLEGEND Actually believe it or not, as shitty as i think Microsoft is, they actually partially fixed the Red Ring of Death problem on the Xbox 360 console. What I mean by partially, is it is only fixed on the Elites [2009 & up]. They put Jasper Motherboards in all Xbox 360 Elites only starting 2009. All other motherboards (Falcon, Xenon, etc. don't really agree with the built in fan too much, but for some reason the 2009 Jaspers don't overheat. I even left mine on for 3 days... NOTHING

Infact, psn has updated it will be back up in a few days which i estimate starting today = 2-3 more days. We hope to see PSN bk up by Friday - Monday, thats May 13th to 16th. right the PSN got hacked again(7th may) as the "hacker" (One Man Injection) re-hacked the servers and took all the Data away. The expected date is the end of May, but this may or may not be right. Most likely PSN will be backup mid next month. The PSN was hacked through the DEVSC servers. There will be a 3rd attack on this weekened but only targeting the Website.Credit cards were taken but are save as they need the 3 numbers from ur card.Hopefully it will be back
