I believe I remember reading a comment somewhere that the music was actually stolen from a GBC port of one of the King of Fighters games. I think it was 96, but I can't remember off the top of my head.

Kinda puts a damper on the FFX: FW, but oh well.

@CrashManEXE That Final Fantasy X on the GBC is a beat em up and the title is FantasyWar. NachtKaiser666's comment on King Of Fighters music in the game because King of fighters 95 was released on the GBC as a pirate port.

@Malhound KOF 95 is not a pirate game. TAKARA ported many SNK fighting games on GB and KOF 95 is just one of them.

Wow, this game looks pretty cool. It's amazing what pirates can do, really. Why not simply make their own games instead of... well, pirating? They can be pretty good at it, as seen here.

kinda cool, i dunno if i would go as far to say it's a pirated game, it definately was infulanced by FF1 but there's nothing to me that would suggest it's actually a priated game, i wish there was a monk and redmage instead of a chocobo and elf, but oh well, is the elf supposed to be a theif?...

Anyways, this looks like it may have been an inspiration (sorta) to Final Fantasy : Crystal Chronicles, Echos of Time (Maybe, I can't remember :( But it was a beat'em up game that was for the DS. Pretty much a dungeoncrawler.). Eck, it was okay, but NOTHING like the original FFs.
