yes right now but i dont know in the future cause Vietnam is improving their infrastructure rapidly to catch up with the neighbor country. During the Vietnam war Vietnam has been bomb to the stone age and we are still recovery from it btw Bangkok is primate city so all the money is pour into bangkok infrastructure.

on other side Vietnam have 2 city..Saigon and Hanoi so the money have to split between those 2 city and i forgot to tell you after Vietnam war like 5 years later we went to invaded cambodia which drain our economy and resources add to that the chink invaded northern Vietnam and destroyed our infrastructure. Imagine if Thailand went all those shiet and see how long they can recovery from it

There is nothing like the BKK traffic. To truely experience Thai traffic to the fullest, get the craziest taxi driver you can find. You will be thankfull to be alive after a ride :)
