  • I don't know about other people however I will tell you that our family experienced excellent achievement with DietOramy dietary regime plan (google it, there are lots of data about that) - we all work with it and our doctors are surprised with the outcomes that came so shortly.

  • i think I have a serious problem, when I start doing the jumping jacks after about 30 my heart starts to flutter and when I push past that it hurts so I had to stop. Is this normal? My BMI is about 26 so it cannot be that bad. please give me your thoughts as I am not joking but when I do the power cleans and squats my heart does not flutter. Thank You for listening.

  • Hey i been doing this work out for like a week and I have question when I do my jumping jack I ussuly count 1.2.3 1... 1.2.3. 2 until I reach 150 jumping jacks am I doing right or should I just do 1/2/3/4/ n so on?

  • @agcz347 You are making it slightly complicated..You can do it which ever way works better for you.. They are both the same thing, only doing 1.2.3.1 ... 1.2.3.2. will take more brains thinking about it..

  • That is a good fat burning exercise. Keeping up the intensity with complex movements like this really helps me get results. There is a pretty good guide I often use to find other good complex movement fat burning exercises like the one above.   • Question... what if i take a lil longer than 90 seconds to catch my breath in between sets? Will that negatively impact the effectiveness of this routine?

  • @tman19188 for weights you can use a couple of 16 ounce cans of food for a pound weight, or like bags of rice for a heavier weight, there are all sorts of things around the house you could use for weights, also for people just starting out exercising if they just can't handle pushing weights, our own body is enough weight to start till you get stronger :)

  • No work out should take more than an hour in my opinion also you can do a lot around the house push ups and sit ups are great find something about 8-12 inches high put one hand on that and do push ups the switch. Water weighs 8 lbs a gallon so use that wall sits are great too

  • this works people! I started doing this october 1st 2011, by december 1st 2011 i was 255 pounds from 298. do this, it works. Keep at it, eat right. Cut out soda, drink LOTS of water.. it's the key guys.

    That should actually work. You may not be losing weight as fast as you would like to because you're not overweight. The fatter someone is, the quicker it comes off. Don't get discouraged.

  • Check out raw food eating... simply switching to uncooked fruits and veggies only you will loose 1+ lbs a day and detoxify your body and fix your dificiencies. Give your body the micro nutrients it was designed to work with. The energy you will experience from this is amazing

  • @KinguNoKin @ nickolusthegreek Your both wrong. Our bodies were made to eat both. Veggies for vitamins and minerals and meat for protein. You don't get a fully balanced diet by eating only one or the other.

  • I did this 2 times in a week and repeated it once in both of those sessions and I stayed the same weight and just had soar muscles I going to keep going with it and try and see some results for myself . Does the fact I'm 15 mean it's not gunna work well?

  • @MegaSly13 No, just keep going for it, it takes 21 days for your body to get into a good habit. Those 21 days are your body trying to see just how committed you are to this, and when those days pass it'll get better.

  • @MegaSly13 I think that it should work better since you are younger. The reason your not losing much is because you are doing it only twice a week. You should do this once or twice a day, depending on how well you want it to work. Also, the fact that you are sore is because your muscles have tiny tears in them that will heal shortly. This is how people build muscle.

  • @Mariannaxxxxx Really? Haha I found it extremely hard and tiring too. I don't think I'll do it anymore. Since there's a lot of jumping in the video I had to find out that this is for small chested women. I was kinda slappin myself around in the chin with my own breastesses lol ouch!
