It's not rare at all, it's just special. In Japan, Pikmin for Wii just released. Because of this, if you have WiiConnect24 on and a Japanese version of the game, a balloon with this item will appear. You can only find it December 24th-December 31th. Pikmin for Wii will release February 6th in Europe and in Marh in America, so you can expect it to come then in other versions of the game. But how did you get it? A Japanese friend?
