First, the change coincided with him seeking the nomination for President (demographics are different between Massachusetts and Republicans nationwide). Second, he's never explained his reasoning behind the change of opinion.

Funny, during the famous Mickelson show meltdown...he stated that the local priests of the Mormon churches were all pro-choice. He also went on to say that it didn't bother him if they were pro-choice..that it was there decision even if it was against the Mormon faith. Sounds like a guy who doesn't care which way the wind blows him. He is very unbelievable.

Mitt Romney got excused for the Viet Nam war. Like one might be excused from P.E. or maybe a trip to the zoo in grade school. He had the Mormon church step in to save is little wimpy ass from serving his country. Now he is supposed to lead men and women into battle?
