THis rule of 60 votes to pass a bill and 2/3 or 70 votes to overturn a presidential veto dates back from Thomas Jefferson. The 51 Democrats havong only a one vote majority over the Republicans, regretfuuly do not have the 60 - 70 votes needed to get a bill with a timetable approved. The Republicans have constantly blocked the passing of this important bill ... which 71% of "We the People" have asked the congress to pass. Republicans ... "We the People" will remember you well in November 2008.
you can dispute the massacre at hue, but nobody in their right mind can deny the killing fields, reeducation camps and boat people.
I dont know where you searched but there is tons of stuff on the 10s of thousands of that were killed in the camps and the 3 million in cambodia is very well documented
