Huh...it looks like the Scottish Fold (it's a breed, look it up!) just recently got fixed...at least, that's why my kitty had his collar like that. Keeps them from licking the wound and getting infected...and it makes for hilarious cat-watching!

Do people really think this cat has no ears? At around 0:30 to 0:34 you can CLEARLY SEE that this cat has ears. They are simply folded over. This IS a genetic trait, specific to the breed called a Scottish Fold. Do your research, people!!

I'm going to take a random guess and say that cat is wearing that thing on it's neck because it either had surgery or some other thing and can't scratch its face because of it. If it did it would cause whatever it is to get worse.

Your calling it something else doesn't change the fact that that's what it is.
