  • MY DAD HAD THIS RECORD.... I LISTEN TO IT EVERY NOW AND THEN

  • Yeah! GREAT parody of all those crazy dances from back then.

    THANKS

  • I was there, somehow I missed it.

  • One day I think I'm going to play this at a gig just to see what happens, lol

  • Even at the age of 7, I didn't fall for buying this record. I knew I'd think it was stupid. I only remember listening to a flexible record that was included in one issue of the magazine, called "She Got A Nose Job", which didn't impress me.

However - after the passage of nearly 50 years, I know that I'd definitely appreciate "Mad Twists Rock 'n' Roll" today far more than I could have in the early '60s.

    "Let's do the Pretzel!" Yeah!

  • I know exactly what you mean. There were things that I couldn't stand in my childhood that I can look back and appreciate now.

  • Hee hee hee Ha ha ha ha HA HA HA HA! GAWDdamn Ha ha ha ha ha!! Crazy cool, man!

  • hahahaha

  • You can never go wrong with MAD!!!

  • HAAAAA! Lafffin and Grinnin' Excellent! ☺ ☺ ☺ ☺♪♫

  • never heard of this dance?

  • The dance is a joke. Mad magazine put this out. It's a joke on all of the whacked out dance songs that were coming out at that time (bop, stroll, twist, watusi, etc). If "The Pretzel" actually caught on people would be dislocating knees and other joints lol

  • @PJDooWop but you know you can dance

  • I can't dance lol.. All of the jokes about white men being bad dancers applies to me

  • Won`t be dancing tonight..great tune though,.ktf.
