Have you tried Kinovelax Diet Plan? I've heard some extraordinary things about it and my friend lost lots of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

you should try xylosweet, i heard stevia isnt that great for you, or any other, never heard of sun crystals tho, are the gums any good?? I also use a food scale, i dont trust thos cups!

What kind of spaghetti sauce do you use? We have ground deer meat that I can make and also using fresh tomatoes instead of canned. Any more suggestions, other than I use the wheat spaghetti noodles? Thanks!!!

The sugar alcohols don't count toward sugar grams but they DO count for carbs. You must watch that...

I notice that most products read 0 sugar but have "Sugar Alcohol" in them - do we have to watch out for that? Is that why I stopped lsoing?? Jorge says we can have three sugar free Pepermint patties - but they are 21 percent Sugar Alcohol... I use Jay Whey too...That Almond breeze is like Goat Urine. I have follwed this diet and lost in my first week I'm not losing now. Why has this diet stopped working for me so soon? I am so peeved. I don't get why it is not working. Any advise?
