On the 2nd of May 2008, Sara Whittington (nee Dice), the mother of Abbygail Dice, appeared in St. Thomas Court charged with causing an indignity to a body contrary to section 182(b) of the Criminal Code.
Sara Whittington was remanded in custody to the Elgin Middlesex Detention Centre and is scheduled to appear St.Thomas Court in person on Monday, May 5th, 2008, for a bail hearing.
