  • better to go for a run several times a week in the fresh air (preferably when it is cold). The squats and stamina training is useful for inbetween but give you zero cardio vascular workout. Doing stamina is good complementary training but I'd reduce it to maybe once a week. But his video would be rather short if he would admit this ...

  • squat thrusts are fundemental exercise for skiing. do it anytime it won't cost a dime.

  • you can only sound 'so' serious, when you are wearing shorts like that.

  • You forgot Lats & shoulders for injury prevention when u fall. Its no good being super fit if your out for a week because of a bad fall.
