You probably get oily when you only use the toner, because your skin responds to the dryness (or not moisturized) by producing more oil to try and lock in as much water as possible.

Since water and oil do not mix, its basically creating its own little water retention dam on your face

for taking off my eye makeup including, eyeshadow, eyeliner, and mascara, i use vaseline. I use baby-vasaline so it smells good and its hypo-allergenic. It takes it off right away! I usually use it before I wash my face and stuff.

Hey I believe the biore nose strip it called take away your blackheads you leave on for 5 min and when you peel it off slowly you see your blackheads on the strip work amazing :) hope that helps
