@icer22x the waiting list thing isn't entirely true. in canada, people wait an average of 6 wks for a specialist visit. in the us, the wait is often twice that, IF you have insurance and IF your insurance pays for it. we do have the best doc and hospitals in the world. however, how much of that you get to access is predicated on how much money you make. that is the part that bothers me. i don't know why people spend so much time shilling for a middle man, ie insurance companies.

@icer22x the waiting list thing isn't entirely true. in canada, people wait an average of 6 wks for a specialist visit. in the us, the wait is often twice that, IF you have insurance and IF your insurance pays for it. we do have the best doc and hospitals in the world. however, how much of that you get to access is predicated on how much money you make. that is the part that bothers me. i don't know why people spend so much time shilling for a middle man, ie insurance companies.
