  • well slow and easy is the way to go other wise u gain it all back two lbs a week is what i am doing 700 cal diet and 30 min excercise per day walking round the block ect. my eatting schedual is as follows morning is a good time to have shakes or bars then mid morning snack cheese stick or a fruit then lunch baked chiken over one sclice of bread and a cold veggie then for dinner i like to sick with a red meat or a fish with one carb and 2 veggies also drink 2 full glasses of water b4 each meal GL

  • what are you currently doing to lose weight. i'm interested in starting (thinking about the shake diet for a month then doing something like biggest loser but not sure yet)
