I have some questions, I was wondering if you can answer them.

First, what do you use the router for? to give the triangle shape to each stripe?

Second: How do you make the stripes to get thinner along the way?

Third: What kind of glue is used to join the stripes?

of course. there are many different ways to achieve the desired results of each step. you can rough plane by hand or use a beveller with 60 degree carbide cutting heads. there are many different types of binders out there as well, or you can bind by hand.
