My Wheatie's name is Finnegan, too. He was named after our son's favorite song when he was a little boy. "Michael Finnegan" We adore our Finnegan! He is snoring next to me right now as I type this. This is the ABSOLUTE BEST BREED of doggie EVER!!!!

Uh oh, there are there people on youtube with a wheaten puppy named Finnegan! Our puppy loves the snow too! Just goes all out sprinting around the yard. Best dogs in the world.

@grammalinnie Hot tip from the Norwegian winter; remove the snowballs with a plier og tongs. That will remove most of it, but you still have to wipe the floor afterwards I guess.. Biggest problem when skiing with a wheaten in mild temperatures is snow freezing to ice between the paws
Finnegan is very cute. I haven't taken my Wheaten to the snow yet, but hope to soon. Snoopy, my wheaten, definitely perks up when it's cold. When it's hot, she constantly stops. I'm always bringing my water bottle for her.

My Wheaten Seamus absolutely loves the snow--just like Finnegan-- comes in with huge snowballs all over him. Hard to remove but sure worth the fun!

It seems that wheaten's naturally love the snow. Whenever it snows here in NY my Wheaten spends all day playing in the snow.
