I think there's something really special about Mooji. He's very genuine and I find his voice and demeaner so comforting and soothing.

I get euphoric moments like this, I can take a walk in a park or certain open space and just stand or sit peacefully, and just b there. Ive even done it in the middle of a busy crowd in a city centre, just sit there for a gud hour, watching people rushing by, looking at all the many Individuals, living their life. I dont know how I feel sumtimes, Its kinda strange. I dont even follow anything in particular I just try and let go of everything.
