That's a myth... The vast majority of Canadians have no desire to go to the United States for their healthcare! The only Canadians who come here for their medical procedures are extremely wealthy - they can go right up to the front of the line to access whatever they are capable of paying. That is a choice that 47 million Americans (1.5X the entire Canadian population) currently don't have. If America "socializes medicine", all Americans will be able to access what the few wealthy Canadians can.

The level of care makes it the best not the availability. Wht did Italian Prime minister Berlusconi come to the Cleveland Clinic for his surgery? Why not the Toronto or BC clinic? Healthcare is not a right it an option. We cant believe that Canada has one foot in the socialist grave already. Why do ignorant, misinformed, people keep pointing out that the wealthiest foreigners are the only ones coming to the Mayo clinic, etc for their healthcare? Since when does upholding the constitution and chants of liberty equate with turning your backs on the poor and disabled of your community?
