second most of the buildings he climbs are simple climbing problems and all you need is endurance to complete them: there has been some event where Alain Robert had to be rescued though because the structure was not stable...

That being said Alain still is a great climber: few years ago I saw him in flesh soloing a 8b with his cowboy boots on lol.
