No, it's not entirely official. The verse background music was just ripped from Gaga vision, then at the "dance, dance, dance" part it switches from the recording to their made instrumental. Listen close. That's why it suddenly gets kinda muffled. The lower-pitched music doesn't match entirely, then at 0:56 RIGHT before the chorus, compare the snare drum beat in this to the full song. There's a pause in this, but it's continuous in the full.
