Good strategy, use Spider, X and Marino for the 2nd part of the fight. Hit Defense until he uses Mad Ecstasy. Then while having Marino use Hawkeye. WAIL ON THAT F*CKER!

i prefer to look of megaman x6 and under, and megaman x7 for 3d, because they basically made 2d megaman into 3d, no change in design, just drop the part where they actually move in 3d dimension and we're good. megaman x8's graphic was just horrible.

You know for me the first form was hard becaused I saved everything for the second form.I recommend you do the same.Also have alot of mega-ultra thunders,blizzerds and fires.thats one way to beat him.And also save your hyper modes for the second form.

Of all the Major bosses of the game, this guy is nasty for two reasons: he calls in those spike bits which can be quite nasty, and his second form with the protective shell covering his core. Makes it hard to fight this guy without having your ass handed to you.
