  • Thanks John, good to know, but I suppose bucktails with pork rind are a better bet. Unless you come out with a book called "Fishing the Gulp Mullet" :)

  • Are stripers known to eat gulp Mullets?

  • @coolvid

I catch stripers on them as well as the Gulp sandworms. Not sure if they'd gobble them up like the porgies in the video.

  • Thanks John! That was a real eye opener to say the least. You are the man.

  • what kind of camera did u use ing surf fishing videos and where can I get one? Thank you!

  • @AKingFisher14

google "gopro camera". You'll find it.

  • niceeee MORE VIDS LIKE THIS!! :)

  • So How do You Rig Em'?

  • @ps3265

Check out the fluke bucktailing video. That's one way. For porgies, just put them on the hook.

  • Gulp Mullets are absolutely deadly on Fluke, I out fish the guys with fresh spearing, its revolutionary! I use a high-lo rig and 95% go for the top bait which is the mullet and the bottom is a bucktail jig. I just got me a bucket of Gulp to get ready for this weekends fluke opener. This is my 3rd season using Gulp. Lots of advantages, gulls, and crabs don't go for them, they are very durable (except the tail), they don't fling off the hook when casting if you're on a pier.

  • Great video Pablo!!!
