  • Do you ever do lower intensity cardio like treadmills for 20-25 minutes? My girlfriend is just starting to exercise and diet hardout, pretty sure HIIT would kill her at the moment hehe

  • @Urbanmotifs this is Daryl. Where do you place your hands? If they are on the ground too far above your head it will strain your shoulders. Your arms should be placed as if you were standing up and stuck them straight out. Hands at 11 and 1. Fingers spread and squeeze the ground. Slight bend in elbows. Let me know how that goes.

  • My friend is my personal trainer, and i had to do 10 jumpsquats, 10 burpis, 10 mountain climber followed by 10 jumpsquats 4 times with 10 second in between each 4 sets

    It killed me and my legs were shaky the next day lol
