  • The heater is purple because it uses radiant heat and you can only see part of the red spectrum of colors that the heater emits but the camera captures the infra red spectrum which is much stрonger. And when the infra red rays are stronger the color in the video will be closer to white. You have very cool electric cooker :)

  • You are too cute! And nice apartment~

  • Like the apartment nice small and practical.

  • is that a purple stove top?!?!?

  • How much do you pay a month for it? :)

  • omg are u okay because of the earthqake?

  • I loved the video until you told us you are taken (have a boyfriend). Talk about a downer to hear that.

  • Omg! Your apartment is soooo cute;) I love it! Your pretty funny with your commentary as well, made me laugh about the mirror in the bathroom lol I subscribed too!!

  • @rarebliss awww thank you ladyyy!! im glad you can take my goofyness hehehe

  • 352 lol Yoko, best commentary evaar.

  • "Door desu ne.." LOL ^^

That's an awesome apt. If I ever was to get one in Japan, I'd want one like yours. It's so tiny and practical, but still cute and tidy and clean and haaach ♥.

BTW, I own the same shirt like you, and I also moved out in the middle of December hihi. (Now living with my boyfriend)

  • I never read lol :)

your room is bigger than mine ! JEALOUS !

just curious ... how much is the rent ?

  • Coolbeans and congrats on your big move! Ya gotta nice place. Needs a couple of nick-nacks or some posters I think. Funny how the door to the toilet has windows so you can see the person inside.

  • I wish I had such an ordered living space. My place is just a studio apartment with my stuff just arranged as best as I can. I'm super jealous now!

  • Hahaha "I can stare at my sexy body while i take a shower" that commentary is awesome.

  • can you make a vid of hakuyen shop tour? tks :-)

  • Simple is best. It's a bit smaller than the apartment I used to have in Amagasaki but this would suit me well if I was a single guy. I'd just have my laptop, TV, DVD player, Wii and my books. Not sure if there is enough room there to play Wii games though.

  • what do the buttons on the toilet do :3

  • you should just do it in 1 take. it would be faster hahaha :P

  • Your place is gorgeous! Haven't seen a proper Japanese apartment before.

  • had to be a woman to choose a place for the closet, i'm kidding, lmao.....i'm am a little concerned about the window in your toilet (room?) o.O, lol. thank you for sharing your apartment, your vids are always fun

  • IS that button on the armrest on the toilett? What do they do? :S

  • simple is the way to be. its easier in many ways. this is the size place i want to stay in.

  • Very interesting video, I don't think I've seen a complete tour of a Japanese apartment until now! :D

  • I love the bathroom, the stove was cool I like it, wow the fridge is lacking snacks:(, I love the little place, it has everything you need compared to big place and still have to get things.

  • i love watching your face!!!

  • how much do you pay for your place? like 70000yen?

  • You have a nice new home, thank you for giving us the tour of it :)

  • it looks expensive!!!

  • Nice place!! Thanks for showing it. I like the sliding doors!! Keep making videos!!! Love your videos!!!!

  • Wow, the apartment is nice. Is this a 2LDK? I wonder how much the rent cost.

  • Nice place Yoko.

The only thing i find odd is you have to go through 2 doors after doin your business to wash your hands? Are most japanese places like that?

  • @UDraft4 So you didn't notice? There's a sink (and tap) at the top of the toilet!

  • cool place! :) you build alot ! haha.

  • Wow! Yoko.... you're so clean and organized. You're kind of obssesed with cleaning. But that's great. I also like the cup with kanji that you showed. It was really amazing. I want one of those. Can you send me one? lol

Well... I definitely have to say that you have one of the most beatiful smiles I've ever seen. It's sooooo pretty.

By the way, I wanted to see the view from your apartment! That's not fair.

As always.... really nice video. I always enjoy watching your videos. I'm a big fan

  • lol cute curtains xD you're so organised

  • You cleaned your appartment just for us? You shouldn't have!

  • @Vingauld haha well i exaggerated a bit. my place is actually usually clean and tidy. i think im kinda clean freak..

  • The apartment is very functional and well thought! It's not very big and yet everything has its place. Damn, I wist the apartments around here would be like this.

Is this the kind of apartment you can get in Japan? Are all apartment like this?

  • @MrBigall youre right! hmm apts here are as small as mine, if you look for 1LDK here, id say my room is actually bigger than most. it depends on what you look for though. there are lots of options :D

  • @randomyoko Big apartments aren't necessary better than small apartments. I have a big apartment and it's not the best. Unpractical, not well organized and it hasn't the things it should have. The worst thing is that the bigger it is, the more you have to clean!! ^^

  • @PIPOPIPO288 ひげそーりー笑!!いえいえ 見て下さってありがとうございます♪

  • @kuru2k9 ah!!!! good naming. ill use those names then, thanks :D i like the hygenic one, sounds kinda geeky and cool haha

  • I wish I was her boyfriend ._.

  • @phubans lmao!!!! awwww XD

  • My mistake, the other washroom should be called the bathing or showering room :).

  • @kuru2k9 ohh lol okie hm i guess shower one fits most :D

  • @randomyoko I was in Japan last year, I was in Tokyo for a week, it was amazing.

  • @kuru2k9 oh ya?! was it enough time XD i bet you not! hehe glad you enjoyed your stay. i wanna visit tokyo sometime soon too!

  • @randomyoko one week was plenty, but I had fun :), my two favorite places were Ikebukuro and Asakusa.

When i go again in a few years, I am going to see if I can go to Ikebukuro, then to Kyoto to enjoy some of the hot springs :).

  • @kuru2k9 niceee. kyoto is one of the best places to visit!! kansai area is fun for sightseeing! stop by in kyushu too, maybe years later haha!

  • @randomyoko I will definitely stop by in Kyushu, i have a friend who is from there, he just moved from Vancouver, Canada TO there about a few months ago :).

I will keep those places in mind, thank you :).

  • May I ask what your rent is?

  • @NodnarbRS as much as i can pay lol less than 10 man for sure :p

  • HAHA i was still awake to watch the video!

thank you for cleaning your room for us but my room is still a mess :(

oo did i just see 2 toothbrushes :O im telling your mum lol

lol your electric cooker reminds me of tron :P just need some daft punk playing now

wow i think ive developed some sort of hunger reaction when i watch your videos, even if theres no food in the video i still get hungry lol

Just wanted to ask, how much would a place like yours cost per month? if its not too personal

  • @goswami haha your comment was very entertaining, thanks a lot. you noticed the toothbrushes lol i was wondering if anyone would notice :p you could be a good tantei!! never seen tron! hunger reaction is pretty funny lol hmm its actually tough to answer that because it really depends on which region you live :/ whatd cost around 4 man "could be" 10 man in tokyo. im not talking about my rent but just an example.

  • @randomyoko oo a detective, that would be awesome! just need to find a sidekick now :P

ah yea guess thats the same as everywhere (rent price) just trying to figure out costs of japan because once i finish my university course im going to try and apply for a TFL teaching job in japan. best be prepared for the shock of my money flying away from me ;p

  • @goswami if youre an english teacher here, you will have no problems lol as far as i know. if you get shocked, just go to country side and youll be so rich lol

  • @randomyoko oo now the country side sounds like a plan :P just take my rice cooker and a very long extension lead and im set :P thanks =]

  • Lucky ahiru~! :D It would be cool still to have a colorful burner, sou desu ka.

  • @Loonyloonylovegoods what are you talking about ?!?!lol

  • @randomyoko Shirimasen... >.> I was talking about the burner since it looked purple on the camera instead of red, it would be awesome if it was purple, blue, pink... etc... Wakarimasu ka.

  • @Loonyloonylovegoods ahhh!!!lol yes yes now i understand. wakarimashita yo! thats a good idea. this generation of the world loves to have lots of choices so itd fit!! :D

  • @randomyoko Yay! It would! :D Oh, how I wish to visit Japan... ;3; Has to work for the money.

    Ogenki desu ka, Yoko-san.

  • Makes me want to go to Japan even more! :P

  • @Thsiscool haha you should cooooooooome!!!

  • @IhatejonasandHSM thanks! hmm not really. a week or 2 :D the procedure was pain in the ass though, reading and signing on over 10 sheets of peper and spending lots of money lol

  • Is your boyfriend in the military? You speak perfect english.

  • @juicefreak247 hmm? nope. ehh no i make lots of grammar mistakes but thats flattering, thank you!!
