@iQUniAccommodation The extra 5 were my favourite, don't worry. Did you know that 50% of IQ is owned by Quintain, an enormous multi billion pound property company? In 2007, their gearing ratio was at 105%, ie. they owed 105% of what they owned and only made £3.5m profit this year? And that's before tax, so minus a shed-load more. Nuts.
