The atmosphere by the Liverpool fans in this game is as good as if they were playing Man Utd, I miss these days as a Newcastle fan, we never won anything but we were always a box office team back then that everyone wanted to see

@Devoter2ever009 yes totally agree with you on that one. I know you wrote this comment 3 months ago, but as a football lover myself I am very caught up with the passion and heartache. I personally think Rob Hawthorne tops the rank of commentary lately. Especially his words when Everton drew 3 all with Man Utd.

@silentalarmactiv8 As a huge lover of football, I am an expert on commentary, and you are absolutely right. Rob Hawthorne was the very same person who did the Manchester Derby at Old Trafford last year. It was absolutely amazing!

wait for them to come on sky sports in the middle of the night, and sky + them. then fire up the dvd recorder. i have most of these classics now, bar the leeds 4-3 liverpool one which i'm still waiting for. maybe one or two others. sometimes i grab stuff from espn classic too.

i tried to upload the highlights of the united 4-3 city game from last year, taped from espn classic. but it wouldn't have any of it, it copyrighted it. this years game as a neutral was truly awful, hopefully next time it'll be better.

ah yes. i have the video anyway. the highlights from espn classic with jon champion, and i recorded the game live in 2009 on sky +. also recorded the video file with owens goal from the live sky feed to an avi file. but there's no chance they'll take it on here, so i don't bother trying to upload that.
