  • To some retards in comment section: this won't phase oil out because you need to separate hydrogen and oxygen! That requires energy! Energy can be produced by solar, hydro, or wind, but otherwise fossil fuels will be used! If any of you shit heads would bother paying attention in school, you would of known that.

  • The Gulf of Mexico tides turned into Oil. And it's water maybe make your car to move .

  • Fraud. Fraud. Fraud.

  • Chances are 999 to 1 it's a fraud.

  • arnt h2o and hho the same 2 hydrogen and 1 oxogen

  • FOX news again.

    Figures.

  • this is not anything new the last guy who tried to do that ended up dead! no one is going to allow people to have cheap energy its a 800billion dollar industry run by the good ol usa!

thank you... they will use it for the miltary only and trust me its gonna be top secret LOL.

  • this is not anything new the last guy who tried to do that ended up dead! no one is going to allow people to have cheap energy its a 800billion dollar industry run by the good ol usa!

  • This is a scam, Period. It takes more energy to electrolyze water than the amount of energy one can create by combining hydrogen and ozygen. A HHO molecule does not exist. The only way to draw the water molecule is H-O-H (ignoring hydrogen bonding between molecules).

  • I invented a breakthrough source of energy which violates the law of conservation of energy. I have a PROOF that there are electrodynamic phenomena which violate the law of energy conservation. Making a 6 kW generator will cost $1200 in mass production, value of energy produced yearly $5400.

I am looking for $300 000 for a prototype and $3M for patents.

  • @henrykay01 And then the alarm clock rang to wake you up.

  • this was hoax he mixed acetelene with hho. hho is real but very very weak.

  • @MediaMisDirected

You have the source for that ? I'd like to examine the evidence proving that this is a hoax.

  • OMG, this is like what they did in DOOM 3, With the machine that took the O out of the water and made a breathable atmosphere, and took the H2 out to use as fuel. Hope this guys still alive.

  • A little research will show that many have replicated this, that a shade tree mech. & many others can build them at the grassroots level, until they go 2 turn it into profit, which of course, requires a patent, & then....

4 any who truly would like 2 learn, keep aiming the heart of your research course 4 resonant bubblers of HHO who work cooperatively, collaborating in Open Source.

  • The big CEO's of car companies do not want to pay these guys to use the guys ideas. Because they would have to change all their machinery to this new technology.

  • This would be incredible! The only problem is that if it ever becomes a reality our water bills will be ridiculous.

  • @drewkeener this will only increase our water uptake by a little. But if you pay attention to the video, he says the performs electrolysis on the water first. What that does it it breaks up the H2O molecule to produce Hydrogen gas and Oxygen gas. This takes electricity to do. Igniting the Hydrogen with the air then recombines the H and O2. In other words, you won't be seeing your water bill go up as much as your electricity bill. Currently electricity is much more expensive that gasoline per

  • @drewkeener energy unit. But since a car's engine is only able to utilize 20% of gasoline's energy (rest as heat) burning hydrogen gas can be more efficient since hydrogen reacts explosively while gasoline only combusts. Thus we maybe able to efficiently use hydrogen in cars. but since H gas is so explosive and needs to be pressurized for storage it is almost unfeasible for now

  • ummmmm...

  • The Govt is going to take control of water and tax that shit

  • This guy must be dead now -.-

  • Now as soon as he's down the oil companies will purchase all the rights for a cool Billion and we will never see it again. Then when oil is stressed the oil companies still have their futures secure.

  • I'm really sorry, but this will not make oil obsolete. The problem is where should the energy come from to break h2o to hho. Imagine how much energy all the cars in the world need to drive! If you put this technology into cars they still will have to charge from somewhere. It will be necessary to increase the power output of powerplants and where will that energy come from? Solar? That won't be enough if energy consumption does not decrease.

But still good thinking in the right direction.

  • @stvsteve

I'm sorry but there is more than enough solar power in the Nevada desert to power the whole planet the problem is political, the solar plants aren't being built!!! not to mention the potential power in the casamir effect and other quantum mechanical power sources, but the research isn't being done!!!

  • oil will never be obsolete unless someone figures out a replacement for plastic

  • UH NO whos gonna be the brave idot to bankrupt the oil industry.

  • As soon as you try to patent or make money off of something like this, you can kiss it goodbye. You'll never see it used in mainstream society.

  • cool hopeful for humanity

  • I'm in Ireland and we have too much water, wind and huge waves. This country is could be the richest in the world if we took technology seriously enough

  • this vid does not say if he is using FRESH or SALT water. i ASSUME that it is fresh. if that is the case then i am AGAINST this method. FRESH WATER is already the source of most wars going on in the world today. u think people in the middle east care about OIL??? NO!!! they cant drink that! FRESH DRINKABLE WATER IS A SCARCE RESOURCE GUYS! it takes too long to DEsalianize salt water when we have places like LAS VEGAS and L.A. sucking up all the water on the westcoast to water their STUPID LAWNS!

  • Define "soon"?

I'm tired of hearing about Ron Paul. Third party candidates will never win.

  • The car cannot run only on water, that is impossible. to get power from water, you must break the bonds holding the H and O together to turn them into gases, which requires electricity. Then, if you burn them, you get exactly the same amount of energy it took to separate them in the first place, so the gain in energy is zero. His welder makes sense, because he says it needs electricity to function. His car would also need some input of power.

  • Lol wouldn't it be funny if so much water started getting mixed in with the air we all drowned just from breathing in lol

  • Here's a news flash to all of you who think that this will make the "Big Bad Greedy" oil companies all go away. Look around you (literally). Just about every thing you see has some degree of being petroleum based. We will still need oil for lot of other things around us.

  • Comment removed

  • @aklnj o yea gave him money to drop the project and hush hush oil companies would dissapear in a day if this came out

  • wouldnt we run out of water soon if we do that?

  • No, water because when hydrogen burns, it is in chemical reaction with oxsighen and you get again water..

  • Comment removed

  • it turns back to water did you not see that

  • no.. all water is re-used.. it's infinite..

  • 2:13 BEWARE the us 'gov'!!!!!! They are not the good guys!

Same ploy was used to lure Meyers - SAME wording - 'need it for Hummers', they got him to come to the SAME airplane hangar in Cleveland where the passengers from the Ohio "high-jacked" plane debarked and entered.

Next thing you know, Meyers was dead. He thought he had been poisoned. I have a different theory.

Anyway, this guy has got to be told at any cost, avoid the 'military' (CIA?) as best he can!!!!!

  • Remember, this is a HOAX.

    Average people CANNOT INVENT ANYTHING!!!

Only the GOVERNMENT or CORPORATIONS innovate!

    ;)

  • if you want to run your car on water and burn HHO go to: thegas4free.blogspot,com

  • its converting hydrogen from the water to power u troglodytes..jeeshh

  • using the electricity uses more then what you get out of the water.

  • thats true...

  • Yes, please people, know a scam when you see one. Even if it's not a scam, water is not a source of energy. First energy must be put into splitting water, then you can burn it to make water again. This is a negative energy gain!!

  • yes... but after thinking... if it on itself really is fuel efficient,... its eastier to buy, then to charge you'r car for a day, and only go for 100 miles with it. I think, it's a waste of energy... but with nuliar fusion coming in 30 years... the energie is in overflood... so then this would be an expensive joke... but good idea.

sorry for the spelling, but I know it's bad. English isn't, but dutch is my native language.

  • If we're lucky enough to get nuclear fusion working, it's very likely we'll still be contending with the effects of global warming. No one really knows. Besides power generation, CO2 is emitted from other processes like cement production.

  • He didn't say he could go only 100 miles tops, he said that was on $.20 of hydrogen. You can store H just like you can propane you buy to fire up your grill.

Powering this splitting can be done with reg household current, or powered by solar panels, etc.

  • Except, you need to store it at much higher pressures and at cryogenic temperatures.

  • Dank je wel, sharkfriend,

How many miles does it take for you to drive around the Netherlands?

  • @sharkfriend who cares it can burn through stuff and power cars. plus theres such a thing as using frequency to increase ac current and ive seen videos of it being done so the search for free energy is already solved. it was solved a long time ago by nikolai tesla. others have carried out similar experiments to nikolai and only noticed after that it was teslas idea. wake up, free energy means a lack of control on the states part. The only way you can get freedom is by earning it.

  • Sounds fishy. If this HHO is so great, why build you car to run off of it "or gasoline?"

And as has been pointed out, it takes electricity to electrolyze the water.

  • anyone that has been in chemistry knows how to wright out the chemical compounds for a molecule and there is no such thing as HHO because thats not how you wright it you wright H20 because its 2 hydrogens one oxygen. and guess what thats water. i am very surprised in how many people are fooled into buying scams like this. when high school education would have made you realized the truth.

  • Haha, have you even tried splitting water and burning it? You're just a keyboard chemist who took a semester of freshman chemistry, lol. Mr. Know it all Chemist. HAHA

  • i never seed that you cant burn hydrogen and oxygen to make a flame. read my message before replying to them. what i am saying is that the wright out of molecules in the video is wrong. its not HHO its H2O. i never seed anything about H2 and O2 not making fire. everyone knows that H2 and O2 can make combustion. what i am saying is that if they want to be taken seriously they need to call it by the right name and that would be a H2 O2 gas mix. not HHO gas.

  • Dear meta,

Burning H is what's happening. The hydrogen is split from H2O by a certain frequency. Powering this splitting can be done with reg household current, or powered by solar panels, etc.

Water is an end product, as is minimal heat, which can also be captured to help heat your garage.

  • hydrogen is nothing more then an energy transport same as gas. but we can not forget that it will require a lot of energy to split H2O. also this hydrogen torch is nothing new they have been around for a long time. in most cases they made the hydrogen from splitting chemicals from oil. oil is used for a lot more then gas. oil will be in are lives for a long time till we find out alternatives for all oil products like make-up and plastic.

  • Sorry, but the fast that you can't spell "write" just kind of weakens your argument. Not saying you're wrong, but you just look like a complete fool.

  • you may want to check your spelling before commenting on others. that and writing has nothing to do with chemistry. you dont need to beleave me just look in any chem book. my facts are not hard to understand so i am sorry for anyone that cant understand them being that there some of the basic consepts are chemistry. and the FACT that i have a few typos makes me no less right.

  • There's a difference between a typo and just not being able to spell. :)

  • "sorry, [but the fast that you can't spell write]"

    whos a complete fool??

  • @KKinsane2009

You quoted me incorrectly, first of all. Second of all, "whos" is not a word (it's "who's". I wouldn't care, except for the fact that you're getting onto me for a grammar mistake)

Oh, and I didn't really make a grammar mistake. It was kind of a typo. Do you actually think that I would think "fact" would be spelled "fast"? Lol

  • haha you are all fools lissin to what thay say water and electricity "electricity and water"

how do we make electricity thats right kids i can tell you that for free not form water its a good ider n all but you still need to produce electricity first for it to work and we are a long way of form that happing now if the electricity we used for it cam form the sun mabye that would work or wind power hell even hydroelectricity it all comes down to how we harvest the engey now have we use it sorry.

  • nope. you slaves will always work for everything. Corporate fascism will control it and make you pay for it

  • oil could become obsolete, if they can sell you a "special water" at $3.50. if they cant make money from it, they wont give you the technology.

  • "Running only on water" is bogus. It's well documented that the process to extract hydrogen from water takes much more energy than what is released in combustion. However, a hybrid is an interesting thought.

One interesting note is that whatever company is pushing this is going waaay out of their way to mask this as legitimate. Google "run your car on water" or "HHO" and you'll find a ton of websites that "rank" conversion kits... all with essentially the same layout. Rather fishy to me.

  • The "well documented truth" has also long since been proven inaccurate.

  • I agree he either screwed up and it didn't work, they paid him to be quiet, confiscated his shit and killed him, or made him work for them... Cuz I never even heard about this until now. This would've been a big deal..

  • haha great comment

  • great... the world is going to run out of water now T.T xD

  • Its made to sound a lot simpler then it is. Where is the electricity that powers the eletrolysis coming from (Coal, Natural Gas, Heavy Fuel Oil...). The only way to do it is to have Renewable Energy electricity in abundance.

  • Sheep. Electrolysis (by any measure) always requires more energy to accomplish than the combustion of the resulting fuel will achieve. The fact that no reputable company will touch this with a ten foot pole demonstrates its ridiculousness. Conspiracy theorists posit that the government is out to keep low cost energy out of the public's hands. Foolishness. The government has only to gain from a low cost energy source, as do the people living under that country's governance.

  • Though you are right about electrolysis and this particular case, the general implication you make about governments is not always true. A given corrupt government has every incentive to silence news of a new energy source that would loose them billions in profits/control. A corrupt government and the people have a serious conflict of interest when it comes to energy.

  • where is this guy now?

either it didn't work or he is been paid to shut up.

  • or killed.. and nobody talks about it..

  • @flyhye ...Or people realied that with simple electrolysis, you can't power a car with water alone

  • @flyhye

Exactly..Oil is an industry in the trillions of dollars...They will pay a guy like this several billions to shut up or he can take a dirt knap. Faced with those two choices..who wouldn't shut up?

  • @flyhye Prison... He was charging people $3000 for him to add HHO generators to thier car's claiming that it would give them 50% better fuel efficiency... None of his customers reported having any change in thier fuel effeciency and many of them testified against him.

  • @flyhye

i think hes been paid off or killed

in my grade 12 physics class my teacher showed me a little plastic car that used water and electricity to move

it didnt burn the gas tho, just the process of the oxygen molecules joining back up with the hydrogen was enough to move the car, slowly mind you but still

it moved across the table with no combustion, springs or anything like that

  • wow thats good news seeing as in 50-60 years were gonna run out of oil and what little there wont be able to afford it

  • Sweet

  • tell if you ever go public for investors, this will set us free from the grip of forein oils. we americans have the know how to be free of any dependecies

  • Seems great, would love to invest in such invention but there is a catch. This video has been now over 1.5 years on You Tube ad did not make the Journals => It simply does not work!

  • shouldnt he be wearing some safety gear at all? i.e. goggles, gloves?

  • A little bit of research will lead you to several repuatable physics and chemistry forums that debunk claims about "browns gas" as a fuel source. While there are cutting torches that use electrolized water to produce heat, it requires putting energy into the system; water can't be used as the primary power source.

I'm unsure what this has to do with ron paul, or why he would want to be associated with a several year old hoax.

  • he said a combination of water and electricity to make HHO gas from H20 , it has heat capabilities to replicate the surface of the sun but the chemical stability of H20, it turns right back into water afterwards. Completely efficient, only electricity being used.

  • ...yes...I heard what he said. I don't know what you mean by "completlely efficient"... if you are putting energy (electricity) into the system, you aren't using it as a fuel source.

Certainly the torch works, and is used in a lot of industrial cutting, but the idea of water being used to fuel cars this way doesn't work. Run a Google search and check out some of the physics forums.

  • ditto quillan, for hydrogen fuel to become feasible a a fuel, nuclear power must be used. A marraige between the two seems like the best choice to me. Nuclear power could separate the h20 and then vehicles could use the gases as fuel. Also nuclear power can solve the water shortage; nuclear power plants have "waste heat" to desalify salt water.

  • nice:j

  • Just another yanky nutter,,,what will the yanks;;;NOT BUY;;;heheh dumbas noooooobs.

  • huh? noob? new at what?

  • do u even know what noob means it means new/newbie so how is he a noob lmao think before u speak

  • So we are expected to believe this? What kind of silly, crackpot, mad-scientist nonsense is this? Water cannot burn, gasoline can. Stick to what you know. God Bless W.

  • You obviously havent taken second grade chemistry, my friend, Water Cant burn, But HYDROGEN Can, thats probably what he's using, dno though :P he's found a way to re-organize the molecular structure of the water so that the hydrogen molecules are bonded to each other.

  • huh? Looks like you aint need no tang-frangled skoolin since you seem to know every darn thing needed to know.

  • pmsl idiot

  • something this good must have a catch

  • The earth will be dry!!

  • lol then earth will be like dune

  • google "H.A.A.R.P."

  • Resurrecting the old brown's gas scam are we? It's just electrolysis of water, it's not a source of energy, it's a consumer of electrical energy(in the US this means mostly gas and coal; some nuclear and hydroelectric).

(And yes, a mixture of ordinary oxygen and hydrogen gas will behave like that)

  • The creation of HHO gas is however something that isn't done by filling a bottle of water and shaking it, takes energy and power.

If the energy and power required in the production for HHO gas is high enough, then we're back at the same problem. We'll just end up going around a problem, yet still using power while doing so.

  • some of you people need to pay more attension.

    1. the HHO gas turned back into water when it was burned in the demonstration (so it wont deplete earths water)

    2. government already charge for water utility but this is for treatment and supply not water itself, (water falls from the sky its called "rain")

  • Don't we have a DROUGHT going on right now? We're already "running out" of water.

  • Drought some areas, flooding others.. AND the ocean levels are rising. WTG those who expounded that "there is *no* global warming!

  • I was being sarcastic. -__-

  • Water wouldent cost as much as oil because that means the price will go down. Gas is cheaper than bottled water but this stuff is crazy. Amazing. Now we wont have to run out of oil. we can use what 87% of the world is made up of!

  • Except I'm not convinced yet.

Water is something that'll turn far worse if we use it as a fuel in such a scale as oil and other fossile energy sources.

What will happen when everything is run on water? Will water be sold at gas stations? Will it be as freely avilable as always? will we get "drink water" and "gas water"? Besides, we will suffer great economic problems. And what will happen once it's all privatized and water costs as much as oil?

  • 100% agree with your comment. Every change has a consecuence. Water WILL be very or more expensive than oil today. I hope they work out a solution. It´s an interesting and positive idea they got there.

  • Water is a plentiful resource, if you burn HHo gas it simply reverts back to water, so, zero sum gain. Nothing is created, nothing destroyed, simple physics

  • Except you can't extract energy from a source leaving it "undamaged" without putting a lot of energy into the process already.

It's like creating a robot to ride a dynamo, yes you'll get power from the dynamo, but the robot will require power.

Energy cannot cease to exist, nor bea created, only transferred from one form into another.

I did an experiment on HHO gas as well once, and the "water" that came out; I wouldn't drink it, to be honest.

  • No offense, but since I don't know much about your experiements, or catylysts you may have used, etc, I cannot judge

  • and learn to punctuate

  • audi was runing car engines on water in the 80's and ....nothing .20 years later they wont us to belive water is runnig out and then they bring out waterengines to make a doller mhhhhh......

  • did someone even tink that if we would use water as substitute for oil we would ran out of water.

Now our water is abundant. then what if we use it as a fuel. the water supply would be not enough because we cannot even make water on our labs...

we cannot mix hydrogen and oxygen gas to become water..

water is our source of life.

  • and learn to spell

  • water powered. yes. very good. this is the kind of ideas people need to come up with.

  • REGISTER REPUBLICIAN NOW: States with OPEN primaries are now CLOSING!!

You CANNOT switch parties after OCTOBER 12 in NEW YORK and NEW HAMPSHIRE and if you are not registered as republican by then, YOU CANNOT VOTE FOR RON PAUL

    SPREAD THE WORD!!!!!

  • I hate to call names, but you idiot. It turns back to water after it is burned. Pay attention.

  • hahaha.. once water is breakdown and use. After it is burned it cannot go back to water because it becomes oxidize. it cannot go back to becoming water.. as far as ive known you cannot create water in lab by mixing those 2 gases.

    do u ever learned chemistry?

  • when it oxidizes it turns back to H2O!

    learn chemistry

  • Bad fucking idea. Breaking down water eliminates a resource humans need to survive. Eventually it would cost $500 a day to not die of dehydration.

  • You're so right, those oceans will surely dry up and it'll never rain ever again. >.>

  • i bet the news anchor waited through the entire coverage just to crack his little joke

  • u think freeze dried food is cool, buy my freeze dried water, just add water...

  • Cars that runs on water? Without any downside? I refuse to believe it unless someone shows me that it's possible, right infront of my eyes. If this were to be true, why isn't it publicaly known?

  • Those cars don't run on water they run on hydrogen. Its not naturally occurring so it has to be synthesized. As I said, they realy get the hydrogen by reforming hydrocarbons. Not by water, hydrogen by electrolysis is very expensive. Even hydrogen made the cheep way, you'll get more energy buy burning the natural gas directly.

  • Because theres more money in oil than water. DUH?

This kind of technology has been around a LONG time.

  • Its becuase governments are run on the oil industry and most of the worlds profit comes from gas companies and such, and removing that part of our life is a huge downside to the governments and could even be their downfall. So they hide such things OR report it and it is soon forgotten.

  • u might have a point

but wouldn't the government realize it would be better to switch now than when we run out of oil and gas in the near future?

  • yes.. it would be much better to change now before we have a huge problem in the future and possibly riots and everything. But the government really is run by people... people who have money... and those are largely the oil industry.

  • Electric cars (more hopefully) or hydrogen (less preferable if hydrogen is bought directly at pumps) will not come to the mainstream until the oil crisis is in full force. There are too many special interests interfering, at least most of the time.

  • They claim that hydrogen will be manufactured from water via electrolysis. It is certainly possible to make hydrogen this way, but it is very expensive—so much so, that only four percent of all hydrogen currently produced in the United States is produced in this manner. The rest is made by breaking down hydrocarbons, through processes like pyrolysis of natural gas or steam reforming of coal.

  • and he said its their "UNIQUE" electrolysis process... so it might actually work with water... where it DOES take the Hydrogen from the H2O and uses it as a combustion to source its energy.

  • If you want to "pyrolize" water/steam into HHO, geothermal energy could do this easily and cheaply. IE, tap energy of magma

  • The wholesale cost of commercial grade liquid hydrogen (made the cheap way, from hydrocarbons) shipped to large customers in the United States is about $6 per kilogram. High purity hydrogen made from electrolysis for scientific applications costs considerably more. Dispensed in compressed gas cylinders to retail customers, the current price of commercial grade hydrogen is about $100 per kilogram.

  • For comparison, a kilogram of hydrogen contains about the same amount of energy as a gallon of gasoline.

  • So this looks like a scam that distracts attention from the real and immediate potential of electric vehicles to an unlikely future embraced by automakers, oil companies and a pro-business administration in order to buy time and profits for the status quo.

  • Make it run on waste water or even salt/sea water and then we'll have a real deal.

  • I love the quote "HIS CAR CAN RUN 100 MILES ON ONLY WATER....BUT HE CURRENTLY HAS IT HOOKED UP AS A GAS/WATER HYBRID"....can you say SCAM? Listen, I am the biggest environmentalist, global warming, anti oil guy I know...BUT hoaxsters like this aren't helping the cause.

  • Do more research on it. Just because it's on Fox doesn't mean it's a scam. There are other cars out there that run completely on water. There is even more info on youtube about it. Just do a search. You can even get instructions online on how to make the switch and it doesn't cost a whole lot. You can actually get your car to go 300 miles on 1 gallon of water. If you are the biggest environmentalist, this is something you should look further into.

  • lol "finest bottle of water!" Shit talk...! Elplayermike stfu if your gonna come out with rubbish like that!

  • Omg!! Stan myers is dead. Check it out for yourself.

I knew they were going to take him out. Never go public with anything like that. You will just be killed.

  • Hopefully the Tesla motors guy will avoid that. Heluva innovator.. practical electric car

  • Big Oil will shut them down in no time. People in the car business knows that cars can run on electric power. Their hands are just tied by these greedy oil tycoons.

  • lol if this new product does work i can see water industries or powerplants charinging thousands a month for water, we already use water for so much and we waste so much each day

  • only reason this isnt mainstream is because the people in power and money would lose that. with energies as such available.

  • theres still billions of dollars worth of oil to extract, which in turn helps (mainly the us) economy. Maybe give another 20-25 years for this technology to be standard (if its not a hoax...which judging from the 'laws' i assume so)

  • It does NOT take more energy to make HYDROGEN from water than what you put in. Let me repeat. IT DOES NOT take more energy. Place 15 stainless steel plates - and +, about 3" x 8" and hook it to 12V battery. Place that in filtered water (you can use a touch of bakinsoda) and watch how much Hydrogen comes out!!!!!

  • baking soda LOL

  • EVER HEARD OF THE 1ST LAW OF THERMODYNAMICS? THIS Is IMPOSSIBLE

  • LOL Bullshit!

  • The ironic thing is that the electrolysis process described here takes more power to do than it produces. Then there's a problem with their use of the phrase "Hotter than the surface of the sun". The sun doesn't have a surface, it sort of just fades in or out depending on your perspective. It goes from gas to plasma, and neither have a surface to speak of.

  • u just pwnd Fox. lol XD

  • Big oil doesn't want this but the word is out and it's too late for them to bury it.

  • WTF IS THIS?

  • I LOST MY PERMIT TO PURSUE THIS RESEARCH IN 1959, SOON AFTER THE US CONGRESS VOTED TO MAKE ALL TESTS ON THE REACTIONS A MATTER OF ns. One day people will ring their hands at how like sheep to the slaughter we burned what will then be the only way to produce plastics and pharmaceuticals, petroleum. Greed and power are the true enemies of humanity.

  • HHO BAHAHAHA this is so stupid! Takes in water and expels water... NO energy output if you get the same thing you started with! First law of Thermodynamics people! oh my goodness! FOX is stupid!

  • i agree with osensei, people are just used to doing what there told. and yes, theres no money in water, because it's so abundent theres no money in it. and if there were people or governments, living close to or own the amazaon would effectivly be the richiest people in the world, amazaon having 1 quater of the worlds fresh water supply

  • NO my friend water is more expensive than oil. How much is the finest bottle of water? and how much is gasoline?!!!

  • Look at the date this was added. What the fuck. Why isn't this shit front page on CNN? This is a huge human step, comparable to landing on the moon. This is pathetic. The Gov. is trying to pass legislation to bring ethanol into the limelight. WHY? Why can't we improve this tech to save the world from the dependence on fossil fuels? one answer. MONEY. Greed from people on top. and they can do it. Why? Because the people are ignorant.

  • I know a lot of environmentally sensitive folks who think Al Gore is a complete hypocrite and the last person they want advancing anything. I think he's holding back until he can claim to have invented it.

The one thing that did bother me, he claimed that he could run 100 miles on 4 oz. of water, but his car currently is a hybrid. Uh...

  • dude he can its just that its not practical at the time to him.

  • If this isn't a scam, get it out there. High gas prices are killing the economy. How come people like Al Gore aren't endorsing these kinds of things?

One day people will ring their hands at how like sheep to the slaughter we burned what will then be the only way to produce plastics and pharmaceuticals, petroleum. Greed and power are the true enemies of humanity.

  • People run diesel cars with converters for cooking oil. Smells like McDonalds and not commercially practical. Now we're hearing that radio waves can be used to "burn" salt water for energy. If it works, do it. The ONLY thing that will lower gas prices is a CHEAP ALTERNATIVE to gasoline. Economics 101.
