I'd qualify it as a glitch for two reasons. First, it is the only item that changes your run speed... in all other cases your speed is based on your primary weapon, not whatever you're holding at the moment. Second, it makes you run faster than any other item/weapon, even of similar weight.

It isn't a glitch. Because the makers of cod6 already fixed it. It is just a trick

Well they patched it on monday so now you run at normal speed when holding. Also models with fmj and akimbo aren't uber ranged anymore :)

Nothing special. That's easy when your glitching. Try it without the care package.
