It's funny on the Winnie The Pooh video called "Too Smart For Strangers", Pooh mentioned that nobody (except parents and the doctor) not even a friend should touch anyone on their private parts but here, Rabbit is a friend of Pooh, and he is touching Pooh's butt (a private part).

Yes that's true. I'm sure Pooh trusts Rabbit very well. (To me, it just felt funny on "Too Smart For Strangers" he said that friends shouldn't touch their friends on their private parts but here, he is giving Rabbit permission). However, a little later in the cartoon, Rabbit was making a moose face on Pooh's rear end, and Pooh didn't know what was going on and he looked a little angry wondering what Rabbit was doing instead of kicking him if he felt threatened as you mentioned.

But yeah Rabbit was only seen pushing Pooh's rear for a few seconds each time we see him, so it's not like they over did it. They even had Pooh, Tigger and Rabbit push against Christopher Robin's rear in one of the New Adventures episodes.

Then when Pooh said that the touching that's not okay is when you get a funny feeling inside and the not okay touching comes from people in neighborhoods, school, someone you know who is not related to you, etc.

That's true. After all that pushing Rabbit has done on Pooh's butt, he found out that his butt is very soft (since Pooh is stuffed with fluff) and probably softer than anything else in Rabbit's house. Also, I'm not sure if he really liked Pooh stuck in his front door or not because, as he was making a moose face on Pooh's butt, that was probably his way of disguising Pooh's butt since he knew it looked gross and the other reason is that, Rabbit gets proud of the artwork he does.

All of Pooh's friends waited for Pooh to get thinner day after day (the narrator here mentioned that day after day Pooh and everyone waited), then when Pooh got a little thin, he was still a little fat to get out of the hole, then his friends (Christopher Robin, Eeyore, Kanga, Roo, and Gopher) were pulling Pooh from outside, and Rabbit was pushing on Pooh from inside. Then the way how Pooh got out of the hole, Rabbit took a few steps back and ran very fast into Pooh and got him out of the hole.

How did Rabbit know that Pooh was stuck just by looking at his bottom at 0:09? I'm sure he knew that Pooh was taking a while to get out of the hole but, sometimes it takes a few seconds to push your body through something in order for you to get your legs out and then jump out. (It looks like Rabbit was looking at Pooh the whole time as soon as he stuck his head through the hole at 0:03).

yes, Rabbit may have been looking at pooh the whole time, but also, they can hear each other too...its just a little muffled. They argue back and fourth on the issue why he was stuck. And later on in the video, Rabbit could hear all that Christopher was saying to Pooh, and the same with pooh that he could hear Rabbit.
