And really, Okabe and Kurisu are perfect for each other. The people who criticize Steins;Gate for Okabe's obsession with saving Mayuri and eventually falling for Makise haven't captured the essence of the story at all. Steins;Gate came up with such a supple love story, developing Makise x Okabe from the very beginning. Episode 22 was deep and emotional. So was Okabe's realization that he'd have to choose between the two.
@Nothingness1991 if you can play it now the VN (visual novel) is full translated now event he phone messeges are translated i'll re-play it for the 4th time i already finished this game in PC PSP and I-touch but when i watch something like this i just have the urge to play it again, guess i'll try the english patch this time
Its pretty much the quotes from the 22nd episode, the first one being where Kurisu talks about Okabe's determination as he slipped forward away from his original timeline in his goal,
the second is where Okabe realizes/remembers of how it was Kurisu who always supported him, believed in him and how even if he did not realize that back then he was amazed at her from the start
The third is okabe saying that life and decisions never get do-overs, rhetorically asking kurisu that.
@MyFeuerFrey I think what Sgtsagara is getting at is the video would feel more complete if you found a way to throw some fancy subs or text up there during the talking portion. There are ways to do it and not be tacky (because typically subs in an AMV are tacky, but this isn't really the same idea). Really nice work though! I liked it a lot ^_^
