Aside frame data, links, double tapping and other subjects you could never understand. its simply not spamming. sagat has the ability to control the space in between himself and chun li. its simply called a zoning game. It breaks up the rhythm and limits your opponents options. to make up for that his normals are meh and movement is slow. If this "spam" is so obvious then u shoodnt be stupid to get hit~~~

to counter argue, SF3 allows people that play stupidly to parry themselves out of bad situations. fundamentals are played here in ST. 3S is more technical, whereas ST focuses on strategic gameplay. both games are great, and people can play whichever they prefer.
