The "Enchant Era," when the album "Enchant" was produced, was before that. The "Opheliac Era," when, surprise, the album "Opheliac" was after. Since she makes a lot of references to the asylum in the Opheliac era, that line woud not be so surprising, but in the Enchant Era, it would be ironic that she (cont)

If I remember correctly, willow trees were the trees were maidens would hang their broken hearts in, or something like that. It could be she describs seeing those "hearts I'be broken" and realises how much pain she has caused by stealing men. I can't find any source of that though :( Also, it was mentioned in Ophelia's death indeed, so that may be it. And willows are often associated with sadness, dreaming and "enchantt!"ment
